While I was excited to use a birthday coupon, I found out it was only valid for dining in, which was a bit inconvenient for a to-go order. I'd recommend supporting a local spot over a larger chain. The meal itself was a bit disappointing-the onion rings were quite hard, and unfortunately, no condiments or napkins were included. It would have been nice to be asked if I needed anything else.
The portion sizes have shrunk, while prices have gone up. There was no personal touch, not even a "happy birthday." I'd suggest supporting a local restaurant over a chain.
Red Robin in south center has great service! I had no idea that you could substitute bottomless Fries for bottomless Salad! The salad was very fresh and good. They kitchen staff are amazing also! Chris, the busses, is an amazing young man that encouraged me to complete a review!
We used to regularly look forward to dinner at Red Robin. Today was wife's birthday so we went only for free burger. No carmel on Carmel shake, no napkins or silverware. Guest next to us got wrong order. Server went home halfway through our visit. Relief server was outside having a smoke with bus girl. Requested tip was 22%. Really?
We ordered onion rings and burger with Fry's, we were served our onion rings with dipping sauce and no plates, we ended up eating on napkins and most of my onion rings ended on the table so basically I ate off their table, I complained and the server said there is no plates, I complained to someone else she claimed they where hand drying them, I complained again while eating my last onion ring the decided to finally bring me a plate, after we where basically done eating and I asked for another serving of fries the refill of french fries was hot but still raw on the inside. I called when I got home to complain again and the manager said that she would remove the onion rings from my bill, but the transaction is still processing and I do not see anything being removed! I paid full price to eat off their table with no plates and to get the run around and listen to people lie to me! Definitely never eating there again!
The food was absolutely horrible, nothing is same chicken sandwich was so greasy from dirty oil,and their steak fries are no more, the basket and what came on plate was broken up chunks like left over pieces,so ask for new basket of fries got about 6 fries and half were same broken little chunks fried in dirty grease for 4 people $84 was worst meal ever and waiiter was no help just said o sorry
Last night my family choose Reb Robin to eat. We had ask 3 times for utensils. Person delivery our food spilled drink in my daughter lap. Had ask couple times on one of our orders. Took 10 minutes. Worst ever time ever. Probably won't return. No one ever responded to spilt drink.
I asked waitress to change my order from fries to onion rings and No fries.
Guess what, I got both. $113.00 for dinner.

Red Robin Puyallup such terrible service. Alena who was the waitress accused us of being liars. We had wanted to use some gift cards to pay our bill. When we handed her the gift card she rudely says I told you in the beginning that we are not accepting gift cards. She did not inform us of that. She kept arguing with us and I finally had to get the manager. Of course he did nothing. I just can't believe how rudely and disrespected we were treated. So terrible.
I ordered your garlic fries when they first came out, and they were absolutely irresistible. Of course as time goes by you have left out the Parmesan and reduce the garlic to the point where I might as well have just ordered regular fries what is up with that? Don't scrimp on the item that you include in the title.
I ate at red robin restaurant in Lynnwood, Wa.today. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries. The cheese burger had a cheap bun, 2-4oz patty and shredded lettuce. The fries were hard shells with little if any potato. The bill was $17.13 plus an auto tip of 3.43. I am 82 yrs old. Red robin has changed their quality. There new image is cheap burgers, horrible fries and expensive prices.
On December 28th 2023 we stopped at a Red Robin on Route 50 in Saratoga Springs, NY for lunch.
The last time I had eaten at a Red Robin was a few years back in Troy, MI and recalled it being a great experience, the food was good as was the service.
The waiter was very helpful in the selection as well as the service he offered us, that's where it stopped, the burgers came and oh what a disappointment, nothing to what we were expecting based on my previous experience. If we wanted Costco frozen burgers, we would have gone there but this was Red Robin and at these prices very disappointing.
Alas, it's understandable why so many are closing, not due to the wit staff more for the lack of quality in the food.
Waldorf Plaza = Saturday around 6pm was seated immediately. In 5 minutes order was taken. Downhill from there. There was about 20 people and around 15 servers. When we were seated there were 2 tables of apprx. 10 people. Got tenders and fries, an order of fries, and a turkey burger. Mind you the food is simply take from freezer throw in some grease and serve. 45 mins then served. Never saw the server to order dessert. Ordered from the app. Took another 45 mns for a piece of cake sliced then placed on plate. I know why the place was almost empty. Before y0u had to wait 30 mins to be seated.
We walked in respectfully as teenagers and were refused a table because we weren't ordering enough food. We asked if it was because we were teenager and the answer was yes. We watched other teenage customers as they weren't refused a table the question wasn't even asked.
Wow I have had $#*!ty service so far here. Honestly was passed up by 5 employees who didn't even greet me as I waited to be seated. And when I finally got a hold of someone, I was treated as a delivery pickup and not as a guest! So disappointed, because I have had awesome service here before. Some of the staff has had smiles, and I understand it's a long day waitressing, but you have to at the very least smile at the guest as they come in and let them know you will be with them shortly.
End rant. Needless to say, I came here for a craving. So hopefully the service from here on out changes. Btw they do have Coke Zero Sugar! Huge plus
Went to the red Robin in Parker Colorado, Love their burgers but could not stay from my full meal because it was so cold inside the restaurant. I asked the waiter why it was so cold and he said it always is that cold there. With that being said I will not be visiting this location again. I was literally shivering while eating the little food I did have. Had to take the rest of my meal home.
Please do not send me these offers, they are bull $#*!, i will tell everyone one twitter and else where, complete liars, incompetent help, just waste of time to deal with, you people suck, once again, thanks for nothing and wasting my time and gas, go figure!
My family of 8 went to the Brookfield,WI Red Robin last night and had awful service. 20 minutes to just get a waitress to come to our table( had to ask). Then when our food came., no more waitress. Not enough silverware ( shared one knife), not enough napkins, wrong drink refill, never got limitless side of broccoli, even though it was ordered. We will never go back.
Are waitress never cleared a single dish from our table the entire time we were eating, even though we asked her to please do so. She was unprofessional and apparently didn't think it was her job to make enough room that we could continue to eat adequately.
The manager and employees at the Lacey location or irresponsible and unprofessional. We sat in the parking lot, waiting for our online order for over an hour. When we were going to check on it, we were met by the manager, who rolled their eyes at us, and said "here they are again." When we did get our order, it was cold. The manager laughed and said "the best we can do is remake it for you." I've been waiting an hour I don't think so. And she still charged is full price for everything. The staff was more worried about flirting with each other, laughing and making fun of other patrons. I'll never go here again.
Absolutely wonderful experience. I ate at Red Robin in N Riverside IL with my mom. I asked the server if we could move because my mom was cold. The manager came over and moved us. He insisted on carrying out plates & drinks. He stayed until he was sure were comfortable. Our waitress, Emily returned numerous times to assure we were comfortable. Last but not least our dinner was delicious. Great dinner, great dinner!
My nephew went in to start his job first day was told not needed no prior phone calls waited until ready to start shift told him if they are going to treat employees like that may not want to work for them given no reason, horrible business practice this was ORchard park site
Answer: It's a restaurant, it's real of course. They used to have good staff and good service. They should get some new employees who have customer service skills and courteous behavior.
