Went to Red Robin's in Hamilton. Service was horrible never received my meal waitress kept peeking from back only to keep telling me my burger was coming will never return hopefully they don't wind up like Ruby Tuesday's!

Is this cooked

Asked for my burger to be well done this still has the horns on practically raw. The onion rings were cooked on old oil and used at a hockey game. When I spoke to the General manager she did not want to be bothered. Never again going to Fudruckers or 5Guys

Was at Red Robin in cedar rapids I came in was ready to order no one came people who came in after me got their orders. I was there 20 min then decided to get up walk out... the staff was very rude didn't greet themselves would never return

Pretty good burger

I usually go to a fast food restaurant to get a double burger or a triple, but this time instead of going to a fast food place I went to Red Robin. I liked their Madlove burger. It comes with avocado on it, and instead of fries i went with steamed broccoli as a side and they had an option I saw on the back of the menu where I can substitute for a gluten free bun. This actually was nice tasty burger that also felt somewhat healthy all at the same time by switching one or two items up. And the price I notice was roughly the same as a fast food joint, but you got a better atmosphere. Anyhow. That's how I think.

Best burgers

Those burgers are heaven. I feel at peace when I am eating it. Also there bottomless fries are the best thing ever. Especially when you put the fries on the burger with everything else. The burgers are nice and juicy as well and they ask how you want them made. It almost always comes out perfect.

Untimely Service
December 3, 2022

I had 40 minutes vbetween buses at the Woodbridge Mall and ordered a salad to go. I was 30 seconds from the bus stop. Apparently they cook the chicken after the salad was made causing me to miss my bus and having to wait an hour for the next one. So if you don't mind waiting 27 minutes for a salad this is the restaurant for you!

The Children's Menu
August 26, 2022

Me and my friends went 50 minutes before closing and when asking for a child menu, the hostest told the menu people to not give us crayons. This was truly a sad experience, as what does one do when not Given crayons with a kids menu.

Excellent service

How to order to go ordered over the phone with the computer there was a little mix-up but they fixed it excellent customer service at mall 205 Red Robin and I want to add to definitely try the freckled lemon cake is to die for.

I've always been happy with Red Robin until tonight! This was the worst service I've ever had. It was a birthday dinner and they were slow, food was cold service was bad and never checked on us once during the meal. The burger was never as bad as this night. Tasted bland and cold, but the worst attitude of one waitress was downright rude. Used to be a favorite place to dine, unfortunately, not anymore. Restaff and start over. Another one bites the dust!

I've been to Red Robins about 4 times within years and in different states and 3 out of those 4 times I ordered vegetarian food and my food had bacon in it. This last time I ordered a veggie burger and they gave me a Bacon Cheeseburger... another time I ordered guacamole and it had bacon in it. I don't know what the issue is but I don't appreciate it and I will never eat there again.

Bad food and service

Would stop at Red Robin in Mt Juliet TN every trip to Nashville or that area from Cookeville. Havent been in about a year and wont ever stop again. Today stopped looking forward to a good burger. Told we couldnt order med rare only well. Waited 30minutes even though there was very few customers. Garlic fries were cold and covered in grease, hamburger bun was refrigerator cold to the touch and burger was cold and no longer hand made but looked like a frozen pattie. Only compensation offered was 3 large orders of hot greasy garlic fries. Needless to say, our dogs enjoyed the burgers and fries as we didnt. Shoulda went a couple exits to Whataburger.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I ate at Red Robin in N Riverside IL with my mom. I asked the server if we could move because my mom was cold. The manager came over and moved us. He insisted on carrying out plates & drinks. He stayed until he was sure were comfortable. Our waitress, Emily returned numerous times to assure we were comfortable. Last but not least our dinner was delicious. Great dinner, great dinner!

Amazing burgers
April 25, 2016

I have to say, for a chain Red Robin has some amazing burgers. The are always changing the menu up a bit by adding new items that are different and exiting to try. I don't eat a lot of red meat but when I get the taste for it, I want a really good burger. Thanks Red Robin

Are food was hot! I can say that much! But the lady that severed us are drinks straight rude! We waited 35 minutes to be seated for a table of 10 which we knew it would be a wait being that it was a Saturday night. No problem but the Attitude was crazy. Now the other girl that took our food order and drink order was awesome! And we didn't get are 2 rootbeer float we asked for! Then to sit and watch your employee talk about us! That was so uncalled for and we could see her is the crazy part!.

Disappointed
October 7, 2023

Party of 3, we were seated promptly. Our waitress took our drink, appetizer and meal orders within 5 minutes. The waitress brought our drinks within 5 minutes. Soon, I assume wad a cook, brought our appetizer. The appetizer could be considered finger food, (onion ring tower). I had to flag down our waitress to bring some napkins. Our meals were then brought out. Again I had to flag down our waitress to get utensils. The food was good, but it certainly could not be considered gourmet. Throughout our entire meal, out waitress did not check on us at any time. Did not ask if orders were alright, no drink refill no bottomless steak fries, nothing. We finished our meal and tried to pay at the table with their device. We gad a gift card that covered $50 and needed to pay the remaining $25 with a credit card. This device would not allow split payments. Finally, our waitress came and took our payments. $72 for 2 burgers that were eh at best and an order of over cooked tenders, 1 onion ring tower and a milk shake...I have no plans to return to Red Robin

Sneaky tactics

I went to Red Robin in the Georgia mall with my husband and ordered a chicken wrap sandwich he ordered a hamburger. The waitress asked us what side we wanted with our meal we told her fries. I asked for club soda but was brought a glass of water and he got a Coke. I was charged $3 for the water we were also charged extra for the sides but when she asked us what we wanted she made it sound like it came with the meal. For hamburger and a chicken wrap it cost us $40! Totally not worth it.

The worst
March 13, 2023

I took my mom here for her birthday and just for 2 burger meals it was almost 100$ with no mixed drinks. I had an ice water and she had a soda. The burger was nothing special at all...I was shocked when the bill came. What to watch for us any changes you make to your meal or add ons they charge for the sauce the seasoning,and their gimic is they charge you top dollar because a lot of things are unlimited but you can only eat so much... I ate my left overs the next day and got food poisoning. I couldn't stay out of the bathroom.

Fire alarm
May 15, 2022

Not the best experience. The fire alarm went off for 10 minutes and the staffs attitude was almost like "whoops. Sorry". The sound was piercing for almost the entire meal.
They should have refunded our meal. We had 7 people for a special outing that was ruined

Upon entering the Rogers, Arkansas Red Robin I went to the men's room. I have to use the handicap stall because I am a big man and the regular stalls are to cramped for me. Here are the things I found, no handle on the stall door, the "baby changing table" was down, very sticky and dirty to the touch and when I tried to close the table it would not close securely and kept falling down. The grab bar attached to the side of the stall was completely not secured to the wall on the top end. The auto towel dispenser was not working so I tried to gently pull a towel down and the plastic door on the front of the dispenser kept falling down. I spoke to one of the staff at the hostess station and she did not seem interested at all when I told her what I had just experienced. I can see the strong possibility of an injury if these things I found are not repaired immediately. An injury caused by the lack of repair to these items would be hard to defend in an injury law suit.
