Horrible service

We went with my 2 kids and my husband for his 41 bday and service was horrible. First it took forever to even get service let alone water. When our drinks finally came they screwed up, I tried to point it out to my server but she walked away, someone else was flagged and I was treated as if I was being picky, instead of it being their mistake. Lots of time when we needed something and couldn't get any attention. We asked for ice cream to go finally because it took so long and they even made a mistake and only gave us 2. Horrible. The burger was dry and food not not good.

Worst Ever!
June 14, 2021

Went out to Red Robins Saturday June 12th for my birthday and birthday burger. What a mistake. Was not greeted when we walked in... Then we were seated, no waiter for 10 minutes. Waiter finally came over we placed food and drink order which came out in a timely manner... No silverware though. Took 15 minutes to flag someone down and get our silverware... Food was cooked wrong. Took another 15 to 20 minutes to get our waiter... Our drinks never refilled and 10 minutes later my correct order came out... That was it. Spoke to manager and she did take care of the bill, but she was unable to correct the ROTTEN Birthday dinner... Red Robin, YOU SUCK...

Because we are an elderly white couple and we were showing affection by holding hands our food was intentionally left to sit until it was cold. Then it was served to us with alongside hot french fries. Staff knows full well when they do this, and they did it to us. Ha Ha Our food was ice cold. They cooked it and let it sit for 10 - 15 minutes. Then they served it to us.

I love Red Robin burgers so when I saw they've added pizza to their menu I decided to try it. I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni for takeout and was very disappointed when I opened the boxes. Although I like the thin, crispy crust, the toppings were meagre and tasteless. Ordering from any other pizza franchise would have been better. Give this a pass if you have other options in your town.

Went to the Red Robin in Nashville West. It was the worst food I have had in a long time. I paid $12.00 for a hamburger (no cheese). It was barely a 1/8 inch thick over cooked and cold. Very dry! No mayo or mustard. Fries were also cold. Asked for ranch for my fries and it took 5 minutes to get that. Had to ask for mayo and mustard and again 5 more minutes. No silver ware. Had to put it on with my French fry. I see now why there wasn't anyone in there on a Friday night@ 6:30 pm. Won't be going there again.

They told us the wait would be 30 minutes we waited an hour saw several other people being seated groups of five groups of four empty tables everywhere. But they could not seat three adults, three children and one highchair. Waiting area was full of people when we came and waited an hour. We were still the only people left. They said that they were sitting tables for not asking us if we wanted to be in two separate tables just ignoring us and saying we still have to wait. This was in Edwardsville Illinois. The manager came out and I spoke with him, and suddenly he was able to see us, but we left.

When we got our food, our fries were soggy and they were supposed to be crispy, I selected the "crispy" button. Our fries barely had garlic or cheese and they were only like 10 fries given to each of us. my burger looked like it had just been thrown in there and been sitting for a minute. I also selected the button for a "brioche bun" and I got a regular bun. This was our first time eating at Red Robin, I got a gift card and it is me and my girlfriend's one year anniversary so I decided to get food from there. I didn't know that I could do an order online and I loved that there were so many options to specialize our orders. It is very over priced for just a sandwich and and a burger as well. Needless to say we were very very disappointed and will not be going back there. Don't get takeout!

It is wrong to ask if you want fries "
While you are waiting" for your order that includes fries and then charge for them. I had earned a reward and the person at desk said she had to get someone else to check on that and the that person said she had to get someone to check on and the the server had to check on it and the whole time I felt totally unwelcome

My wife an I decided to check out Red Robin in Fayetteville NY. We had not been there in quite a few years. We looked over the menu and place our order. I kept wondering when our food would arive. Twenty five minutes later our food arrived, cold, overdone, an lacking ingreadiants. I asked for medium rare burger and received a dried out POS. This is the worst restraunt experience food wise I had ever encountered. The food was not even edible. I should have checked the reviews before I went there. The menu pictures were so deceiving. We will never go there again. Such a waste of our time, so we just walked out.

Went to west Covina for burgers and got 99. Cent burgers and old fries 🍟 the burgers where $17.50 and McDonald's or Inn & out burgers are way better, wow go elsewhere

Got gift card and ordered 4 meals and picked up meals. I didn't wait but a couple minutes and the food was amazing. My family enjoyed it and the new pretzel burger with beer cheese was incredible. Great service. Great food

Poor service

Secaucus Red Robin and It was around 3:00pm.
The waiter forgot to place our order, and after 45 minutes, she came to us to tell us that our order was not processed if we wanted to wait another 20 minutes. She did not forget to place the order next table to us, and they came about 15 minutes after us, not to mention that the restaurant was empty. And when she came to apologize, her first word was, are you Spanish speaking? What,,,,,, are you kidding me, we felt alienated by her. Nowadays, there are so much training in how to be culturally sensitive to others and this should not be happening in today's time and to such a prestigious franchise like yours.
On top of that uncomfortable incident, I gave the waiter a tip.

Red Robin in Columbus GA was nasty. I ordered a Turkey Burger it wasn't good at all. It is not all that Period! French fries 🍟 and ribs were not good! The customer service was good but food was NOT!

Poor customer service

Red robin in fredrick md. The waitress at the bar was very unprofessional. On her cell phone when asking me if I need to drink. Didnt even give. Me a menu and she wasnt even standing at the bar most of the time.

Red Robin - Fenton, MO: 2/19/22
The staff was spectacular and being impacted with service issues during Covid with staffing, this was a great takeaway. We had a party of seven celebrating a special occasion and they were very attentive.
The quality of the food was the disappointment. The food was delivered quickly but was cool; not even warm. The taste was lacking and didn't arouse the taste buds. Six if the seven had burgers. One had grilled chicken.

Red ribbon in Peoria Arizona was fantastic and helped me surprise my girlfriend on her birthday. They we're very positive, polite and professional. I'm definitely going back there and my girlfriend celebrated her birthday there going on the 4 year.

Cheddars is still really good but nothing can beat Red Robin! I love there campfire sauce you should get that for sure, the fries are really good to but the best is there Burgers! There so origanal and they try new things 5 stars for sure!
