$13.50 for garbage "new" and improved burgers? REALLY? NEVER again to this rip off joint. Mc Donalds puts Red Robins to shame. Red Robins should be ashamed of themselves ripping people off with there tasteless pieces of krap burgers. They brought me also reheated fries that tasted like shi-. I brought them back. Eat ANYPLACE else than this krap joint. $50 for 2 pieces of krap burgers with sorry fries.
I do NOT recomend this location. We sat at the bar to have beer and apps. The boneless wings were like old shoe leather (disgusting). We ordered pretzel bites next because how can you destroy that... well, do not ever order preztel bites... they are deep fried and burnt! The bartender said thats how they always are here.We didnt eat much of either app... here in Ny the waitress would have taken one of the items off the bill...$ isnt the issue. Its just the right thing to do when the customer is unhappy.The floors are all covered in grease and extremely slippery... my husband and i almost fell... avoid this place if you can
Went in at 12:00 on a Tuesday One customer should have known then usually a diner at that time would be very busy walked in sat at the counter asked the waitress if I can take something out there was a man standing there just staring so I finally asked him is everything okay and he had an attitude come to find out he's part owner ordered my food ask for several different breakfast items they had none of them finally ordered just plain pancakes and pork roll again man standing there was very rude so I asked him is he okay he proceeded to argue with me back and forth and I took out my phone and he asked me if I was recording him which I found very odd I said no why would I be doing that I'm taking out my phone I'm waiting for my food it was just a very odd experience all around will never go back there again got food home horrible poor girl was wrong the whole experience was just the most horrible thing I've ever experienced the weirdest atmosphere ever I felt bad for the two waitresses you can tell they were like intimidated by this man and he's part owner which is very sad because you should be nice to your customers that's probably why you don't have any don't go there horrible
I was in the mood for a good burger, and while searching yelp, I was reminded of the royal burger. A gourmet burger with bacon and egg on it. Plus I remember they had some pretty good cocktails.
We have not been Here for quite a few years. When my kids were growing up, it was our go to place because they had never-ending fries. With five active kids, this helps a lot lol.
We arrived, and there was not many people. We were sat immediately. Nicole was our server, and she took my drink order right away. I asked for a Cadillac margarita, they had a similar top shelf margarita with Cointreau on the menu. I told her that was good enough, she offered to substitute Grand Marnier for the Cointreau. One nice change over the years is that not only the fries were endless, you could also have endless broccoli or salad with your gourmet burger. Endless Garlic Parmesan cheese fries for an up charge of $1.60.

Boneless chicken wings BBQ
The food arrived quickly and everybody was quite happy. I immediately put in for refills on the fries, because I know they have to cook them up.
The waitress was really nice and helpful. She was friendly and took great care of us. I think she may have been the bartender also? I did take a picture of her, I think her name was Nicole. Pleasure to have her wait on us. With such great service, good prices, and good cocktails, we will not wait so long to come back.

Here what happen: I ordered the food and got off the phone at 6:20 was promised food by 6:40. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:35. I walked in and waited five minutes to talk to someone, and gave them my name. I waited another five minutes for the waitress to go to back and check on my food. The waitress left for 10 minutes then came back to seat a group that had just walked in. Then 15 minutes later the lady brought my food and said "You haven't paid yet. You need to go over here to pay." She was very rude and didn't care how she acted. I asked the lady about adding my rewards so that I could use the 50% off for Father's Day that was on my account. She said sure you were the one that called on the phone. After playing with the computer for a few minutes, she said let me go ask my manager and then said they didn't train me on any rewards. She goes to the manager and then comes back in a smart alec manner/tone. She says my manager is busy right now so I can't do it since there were so many people in the waiting area. I knew it was not feasible to wait because then my food was going to be cold so I went ahead and paid for my meal. I understand that there is a lack of help right now with the state of our world, however this woman just got a walks through there frantically acting like she didn't care about anybody or anything. Besides that, I had a large order and have no clue how to add my ticket to earn rewards, so that I can get my points.
Food poisoning from the salad, horribly sick for a week. I went there before the gym to get a snack, and before you know it im sicker then i've ever been.
This place was AWFUL. The inside of my food was raw. And they refused to refund it since i already ate half of the burger. Truly awful service. Do better
Try to place an order online and then again on my phone don't know why it was so hard couldn't do. It ended up eating hotdogs.
Would be nice if the staff explained there was a charge to use the Ziosk they have on the tables. Burger buns were totally soaked and soggy on the bottom... ruined the meal.
A group of us (20) have been having lunch at RR for over 4 years. Unfortunately this is the second time we have had issues with this Assistant manager. The prior time another Assistant manager stepped in a resolved the issue. This time we asked to sit in a different area, due to a heat issue. She came over and said we could not take up 3 tables in the requested area. Along of accusing us of other issues that we had nothing to do with our group.
We usually take up a total of 5 tables. I will not go into detail as to how she treated us, other than saying she was rude and non flexible. She handling our group definitely in a manner of unprofessionalism. She told us we should leave and we all left. Her management skills really need to be handled by upper management. Until this visit we have always been respected as paying customers. Since we are a large group we also have tipped well realizing we are a large group. This past visit is one that possibly will end our meetings at RR. It is apparent this Assistant Manager doesn't understand that in the business that deals with the public you need to be flexible in dealing with large groups.
The woman treated me like I was homeless like I couldn't afford one of their precious burgers gave me a burger out of the trash told me that here was my free birthday burger it's raw it's not even cooked and it's not even what I ordered they should not be able to treat people like that and told me the next time I come in then I needed to pay $5 to get a free birthday burger corporate should put a stop to them being able to treat people like that
On Sun Feb 11th we visited the Red Robins on Forum Dr in Columbia SC. This place is a joke! We went on a Sunday around 1:30, party of two. We were told tables were being cleared and we would be seated shortly. There was between 10-12 empty tables but they werent seating anyone at them. The hostess said they didnt have enough waiters to work them. We watched small and large parties leave yet they didnt seat anyone that was waiting for quit some time. After 35 minutes we were seated. On the way to the back of the restaurant we noticed an additional 8 empty tables. They Began seating people in all the empty seats shortly after we were seated. They finally took our order and we waited, and waited and then we watched a table that had arrived 25 minutes after us and with 4 people in their party get their food. We stopped the manager and asked how it was possible that they had gotten their food but we hadnt and he couldnt offer an explanation. We got up and left. In all we were there an hour and a half and never were served. Complete lack of management, professionalism and staffing. Dont waste your time.

Pricey arozcaldo which isn't delicious enough. Too much over priced on breads. Not happy with the taste.
