This game used to be a great way to relax and have fun decorating rooms. Unfortunately, a new company took over in Nov 2022 and completely ruined the game. They make us win a certain number of rooms to maintain a Status level which none of us are interested in. They lock items in our inventory if we drop down a level. Items that used to cost hundreds now cost thousands. It's sometimes impossible to complete the daily challenges because we run out of coins. The voting is rigged. It's just not fun anymore. In fact, I would say it has become downright stressful having to maintain a level for fear of losing items we paid for or unlocked with prizes. Shame on the new company!

I make my designs identical to the ones im going up against, and still get voted out. No way should a level 2 player win all the time against a high-ranking player. So yes, like you this game is bogus and a scam. Folks, it's rigged! It's a money grab! You buy items and can't always complete a room. They make you buy more items. To suck you dry. Hoping you buy more items. It use to be fun. Until they let dark purple beat me in a duel. Go figure. It's time to delete this app.

Beyond the flawed voting system and limiting options, this game has changed for the worse. Challenges are set up to force players to spend money only to later lose the items they purchased. Any messages sent to admin get a canned reply.

There's too much funky stuff going on. I dont think my submissions are always 5's or that I should always win the challenges, but often times the ones that win are truly butt-ugly. As of today, I will only buy the monthly season pass. It's more challenging but I'm enjoying it, honestly

The new 'status' rules made me stuck in a certain level, I felt like repeating same experience. That made the game becomes not attractive as the layout changed... Before the 'refresh' season... previous months, what I paid would not be blocked by ranking my status... I enjoyed the interior concept, so the new lock&unlock way seems unfair

I used to love this game, played with my family and friends all the time and spent money ever month which I didn't mind doing. BUT NOW it's like an endless cycle of NEVER getting anywhere but frustrated‼ I will never understand the human condition of GREED⁉Seriously HOW MUCH MONEY do people need to make before they have to up the ante again, and again and again….⁉

Playing this game can be frustrating. It is difficult to level up because you either need to spend so much of your time playing and most people don't have enough time on their hands, or you need to spend lots of actual money which most can't afford and are thankfully smart enough anyway to avoid the traps. Also, the limited choices we are given for some designs is stupid because the available items don't go together and so you either make a very ugly design knowing you won't win and what's the point in that?, using up your supplies and earned items for nothing, or you don't participate in that particular design challenge. The prizes we get for wins are usually ugly materials we would never choose to buy with either our fake money or real money. Sometimes I just get fed up and stop playing for weeks at a time and then eventually go back to it until I'm p***** off again.

I've been playing this game for almost 3 years, and didn't hundreds of dollars on gold and star coins. I had a huge inventory, new update came along and relocked 1/3 of my stuff and converted my expensive gold to a currency everyone can earn for free! They also handed out of season pass materials with inside a surprise box at the beginning of the season. But only some people got that box. Some of us got NOTHING! I had to buy every single season pass to get that stuff.

This was a fun game until Playtika took it over. Now everything is way more expensive in the game & the voting is absolutely rigged. There's no transparency about how the voting calculates into your score. And they've made it impossible to be a casual player because they have these stupid status ratings & if you don't win x amount of times per month, they demote you down a level. So if you were at a level 8 & didn't play for two months (or didn't get enough wins) you would be at a level 6. I've never played a game that penalized you for not playing frequently enough. It's ridiculous. I played this game for years, & Playtika has destroyed it. I would give 0 stars if I could. They turned a fun, relaxing game into a chore (if you want to maintain your level or level up).

I have played for several years and then the originators sold out to another company. This was its death knell. The game was gently competitive, you could play well for free too. Now if you manage to go up a level you MUST keep playing (and spending if you run out of coins) in order to keep all you inventory. If you go back to where you were and worse at the end of the month. It's a total scam as log time players were robbed of inventory that we had bought with actual money. We also have seen that algorithms are targeted to spenders (the pressure increases) plus targets increase gradually to make it increasingly more difficult to progress. I have sadly deleted the game. It's a real shame.

The voting system is a scam, all they want is for you to buy buy buy. If you question anything on social media it gets censored (FB). It's a joke, just a few hours you will see how comments get deleted. If everything is above board why the censorship? The game was great before the new ownership, but now it feels like a scam app. So disappointed in this.

I bought items with my money. They took them away because I didn't have enough "points" to up my level. Fraud and theft! And we can't do anything about it?

It's not worth playing this game when you know the results of the votes are somehow rigged. It is an insult to your intelligence and skills when your 1st place for a really good design and then suddenly you become last and then low and behold the winner is a copy of your design with a few alterations. This game is designed to keep taking your money whilst leaving you frustrated and unhappy. At first everything will be fine until they get you hooked then the underhanded tactics come in to play…no pun intended. Best to avoid!

The voting on design challenges is not legit or done by humans. The design with the most expensive materials wins, no matter how tacky, no matter how mismatched in black and Orange. I've tested this several times. The secondary algorithm for wins is based on designer's status and if they bought the season pass. Bottom line: it's only about money

You MUST SPEND your own money to be able to play this game now. New company took it over and reduced coins and stars. If you don't meet the minimum wins you drop a level and they take away items you have spent money one. 3 years ago this was the best design game. Now it's a casino like game with the same rooms to design. Crap management too.

Those who spend the most money are given preference, the prices of each item have doubled, the inventory is constantly manipulated so you don't have the same inventory when you move from one design to the other, etc. But for me the biggest betrayal is when they rank your design a 9 when it should be at least a 3 or higher. I compare my designs to the winners' and I'm perplexed. The manipulation of votes is so OBVIOUS, so in your FACE that it prompted me to write this review. Reading people's comments validated my concerns.
Bottom line: No Money, No Votes.

I played this game for about 18 months. There has been many changes including glitches and the game site not paying out for designs after paying every month for the game. I uninstalled after getting no help from support. I also stuck with nothing to design with but the cheapest stuff since I was never paid out and affected my designs.I added their response to my concerns. Btw I sent the attached pics.

Although, I enjoy this game, I have been stuck for days without being able to finish even one room. The items needed are too costly and I refuse to spend real $$ on a game I play on my phone. Deleting now.
