Wonderful t-shirt designs, but costly. At $25-30 per t-shirt I have awaited 20% off sales which are advertised frequently. These are not EVER usable. I select shirts and when checking out am not EVER able to apply the discount. Either intentional bait and switch or poor website functionality. Either way I but elsewhere. A shame.

They suspended my account without any warning! I'm still waiting on my last order which I ordered over a month ago! I emailed them will no reply and I'm a doubting I will even get my order now which cost me $100. It was meant to be a birthday present for my dad but he's birthday has already come and gone. Super disappointed in this site.

I love redbubble! I've only purchase one item so far and I love it. It was exactly what I purchased and in excellent condition and very comfortable! It's one of my favorites. I look forward to buying more things here in the future. If you're looking for all your fandom needs, this is the place to find them. This site is the best!

Awesome products made with great quality! The artists on the site are really talented. I've ordered stickers many times to make my own fridge magnets (stick sticker on magnet sheets and cut). Really cute and funny designs out there. Also, there are so many promo codes and discounts on the site, you can get a really good deal for wall art and other items as well!

Bad

First order never got here second order did.
Quality of the print just sucks wil not be able to put the poster on the wall.
It is so bad i would not even hang it up in a dark shed.
So no redbubble for me and every one i know.
Waist of money.
Never again.

I have made the right decision to order customized laptop stickers from Redbubble. Product delivered in a nice packaging filled with high quality stickers. I have reused the stickers multiple times and it sticks well every time without any issues. I would highly recommend everyone to buy goods from Redbubble. You will never go disappointed.

The products I ordered from red bubble were great quality (like the shirt was a soft comfy material and the print looked great) and their customer service was incredible! When one of my products got lost in the mail due to an error I had made they quickly replaced it at no cost to me!

2 of the shirts in the original order didn't fit and the customer service that followed my request for exchanging them was exceptional. The person who responded kindly offered to send the corrected sizes at no charge and without the hassle of returning the 2 shirts. This is remarkable! I now know what sizes I need in the future, so I will be placing more orders soon with this wonderful company. Thank you!

Tried buying stuff 3 (!) times with different credit cards, in every case the site says "order successful", cards get charged, but no order confirmation email arrives. I contacted them and asked if there was a problem and got a reply that the payment didn't go through. Ok, how about telling me at checkout or sending an email about that? Next time, the same problem. I asked what the failure reason was to overcome it in the future and got a reply that "there was some difficulty processing the payment at checkout". How am I supposed to overcome that? What was that difficulty?
They claim that my cards were not charged, but the money just got blocked. That would mean they blocked more than $500 and I'll have to wait for 30 days for it to unblock! The problem is at their side, and they are unable to even suggest a way to solve it.
Stay away from them!

I ordered some stuff and waited for a receipt via e-mail for 10 days. After that I became fed up as it said it was manufactured and shipped but there was no proof. So I went on their support website and asked for help as I didn't even receive a simple confirmation e-mail or tracking number. I have checked everywhere for both of these things, and no, I didn't write the wrong e-mail address. It has been 4 days since I have posted for help and still no reply. I have looked at other peoples posts on the website also and almost no one gets a response from the staff there if they are having problems. Greatly disappointed and very unprofessional. Disgusting, will never order from them again. I strongly advise others to not buy from them either. Also I heard that they rip off artists by taking their artwork and deleting them off the website and continue to sell their art for themselves.

Just stole my data

Went to get a few t shirts for my nephew and the site told me to download the app to get 20% off. Did so, filled my cart, and no discount at check out. Talk to customer service. Got a canned response from a computer so screw it! They just are in it to steal your data. Crappy company won't shop here again.

Pretty Decent

Navigating the desktop website was simple and easy, though not so much on the phone for some reason? I liked the diversity of choices and the tracking support. Only a little put off because the shirts seem to run small and also smell a tad, in the way that they kind of smell like a factory? Nothing a wash can't fix, I'm sure.

Mixed Feelings

I was not informed about the arrival of my products and while I was absent a neighbor took my t-shirts that were handing in my door and gave them to me the other day, meaning that anyone could simple pass by and steal my order. Additionally 2 of the t-shirts are not exactly the same color as depicted in the picture but another shade of it. Without taking these two complaints into consideration it is a very nice site with a large variety of products and very fast delivery.

Bad Communication

I have purchased on Redbubble several times. I never had an issue with the seller's themselves and the merchandise was always great. But what good is that if the company itself is so difficult to communicate with when there is a problem? I do not sell on here - I only purchase. I had an email change and they will not allow me to go into my account and change it. They say it is an "artist" request even though I do not sell on here. So I put this request in months ago and it got ignored. I placed an order recently only to find the same issue and that they never changed it. If I need to put in a new email request they don't seem to grasp there may be a problem with the old email address? So they kept sending messages to the old one instead of the new one to confirm my identity. Fortunately I still have access but it's difficult and don't wish to do that. There is no phone number to call so I left a FB message. He didn't understand this simple thing either. It's an email change - how hard is that? He went on about other things that had nothing to do with this. What an awful company to deal with when you can't even change your own account info. I feel for the sellers on here because I probably will never use this site again. So beware if you buy on here and have an issue, they make it extremely difficult.

I can without a doubt say that this previous, along with every other experience that I've had the fortune of having, is nothing short of exceptional. My shirts are always delivered before the estimates date of arrival, and the prices for a custom shirt website are far cheaper compared to other custom shirt websites that I've come across. Not to mention that the shirts are always in top notch quality. Overall, I would give Redbubble a 100/10, and I might go buy another shirt right now. (:

I ordered a cell phone case as a birthday present. Supposedly, the order didn't go through, but my credit card has a "pending" charge. I was planned to be delivered today. There was no communication related to this order and any issues until I reached out for confirmation. I think this company has nice products, but there customer service sucks. If I had the ability to leave 0 stars I would. I don't plan to purchase anything from this company in the future.

I placed an order for a long sleeved t-shirt in Sept, 2021. Estimated delivery date was 9-29-10/01/2021. Never arrived. Contacted Redubble 10/15/21. They said they were sending a replacement estimated to be arriving 10/26-28/2021. Then I received email it would be 10/28/21-11/04/21, and to contact them no later than 11/04/21. I contacted them.
I'm pretty sure I won't be receiving this shirt. I hope they enjoyed the $28 they got for nothing. It would be nice if I didn't have to worry about $28 but I do.
I will go to Twitter and warn people to not do business with them. Facebook too.

I read some pretty shoddy reviews of redbubble after I had already placed an order and was very nervous. Turns out my fears were without reason. Yes, my first order took a whole to ship, but it's a custom item, let's be patient people. The item was a shirt for my friend and she loved it, as did I. So much so that I ordered two shirts for myself and my only do I absolutely love them, but they actually arrived a day earlier than expected. The clothes did come with that chemical smell, but they're freshly printed, so it was to be expected. I've yet to even need customer service, but I will definitely be order more shirts from them! (Do follow the sizing chart/advice and order a size up though. I am 5'2" 115 lbs and I needed a medium for sure, but I love the way the shirts fit!)

This is the worst experience I've ever had with shipping. It's has been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order and the shipping said 10 days. Also I wanted to call and complain to someone but there was no phone number posted on the site. I thought the products were super cool but I don't plan on ordering anything from this company ever again.

Shirt STILL in production
December 21, 2017

I ordered this shirt on 12/14, it said it would be delivered by 12/24. It still says it's in production. RedBubble has not responded to my inquiry. The seller has not responded. This is the first time I've ever used this site, and probably will be my last.
Seems like a lot of other customers are having the same issue. My son really likes Shane Dawson and I want this shirt for a Christmas gift. Don't say it will be delivered by a certain date if that is not the case.
