Redbubble's reputation is increasingly marred by significant concerns regarding its customer service and fee structure. Many artists express frustration over high deductions from earnings and a lack of transparency in the new tier system, which they feel undermines their profitability. Customers frequently report issues with product quality, including defective items and poor print resolution, alongside unreliable shipping and inadequate support when seeking resolutions. While some users appreciate the variety and quality of certain products, the overall sentiment suggests a declining trust in the platform, prompting many to consider alternative options for their creative endeavors.

I spent a TON of money on RedBubble for Christmas gifts this year and, while most of my orders did eventually come, I still, nearly three months later, have not received two of the products. I ordered a month in advance and I had to give some of my gifts late. At first I was a little bit understanding with how Covid has messed up supply chains and all that and the products that were missing were for myself and not gifts, but it has been nearly three months and I have neither heard nor received either of them.
My life got a little bit hectic at one point so I had honestly forgotten all about it until recently, but when I went to go check my order, it said that my items had all been delivered. I of course wanted to email RedBubble about this to let them know that I had not received either of the items, but it seems that they wish to make finding an email address or customer complaint line as infuriatingly difficult to find as possible.
I must say, kudos to RedBubble for making me feel the need to go and review anything online for the first time ever. This doesn't seem to be a unique problem from what I've seen and I'd hate for it to keep happening to other people. (Also they're really bad at making sure their artists don't straight up steal designs to pass as their own to sell)
I was deciding which company to sell my graphics through. I tried printful, threadless and redbubble. I had read the best reviews for redbubble so I thought I would probably go with them. But it has not worked out well.
The graphics are inconsistent. I have ordered the same graphic on three different black tops and the graphic was different every time. Parts of the graphic that were supposed to have purple they changed to gray on one shirt. When I reached out about the inconsistency they said the printer said there was something wrong with the graphic not their service. This is very confusing since the other two graphics that were printed were fine (I even sent pictures of the inconsistency, but they blamed the graphic not the printing).
I ordered a different graphic that was red and white and the red was printed burnt orange ( I did not complain about that one and just let it be since I was realizing that redbubble is very inconsistent). I ordered a different graphic on a hoodie that arrived with the graphic peeling. They gave me a one time credit for the peeling graphic.
I ordered one last tshirt with a graphic I had not tried printing yet in hopes it would look ok. That order never arrived. I paid for expedited shipping because when they give a one time credit it can only be used on one order. After 5 days of it being marked shipped but no update in the system I reached out. They said there was nothing they could do and I had to wait for 10 days after it was marked shipped. Guess what? After 10 days it didn't arrive. I reached out, they said the graphic was no longer available and they gave me a credit towards another purchase. They did not offer my money back. They did not offer to remedy the situation. They didn't apologize or take any responsibility for their mistake. This credit is a one time credit that can not be used for multiple orders. Dealing with redbubble has been a headache. I recommend threadless. They have excellent customer service and their printing is consistent.
I received a redbubble jigsaw puzzle as a gift. The art work was excellent, and the product was attractively packaged. However, the puzzle itself was badly designed and lazily produced. The edge pieces came in only two shapes, except for the four corners, and the interior pieces were all of a single shape, some of which fit ambiguously. In areas where the colors are uniform, assembly is practically impossible. I do, however, appreciate supporting independent artists.
I have tried several times to unsubscribe but their unsubscribe link doesn't work. Their help page is useless.
I want to say that is the best store I have ever used. Good service and excellent attitude to the customers
This site so sensitive about copyright and so easy to banned some designer I know not all things are perfect but I can't sell anything
I ordered some clothes and made a mistake in my order which they fixed at the blink of an eye. When order arrived I realized one of the items was the wrong size. No problem at all they solved this superfast and made sure I got the right size, and they were really friendly too. I am really satisfied with the whole process and would definately recommend this company
I ordered two stickers and they're garbage.
1- they aren't very sticky.
2- image is pixelated and grainy
3- image is printed on a white background and the border is very thick and looks like it was cut out by a preschooler.

I tried to order 3 items (that I thought I couldn't live without) from Redbubble before the holidays.
The Redbubble site was offering a 25% off coupon which I needed to use in order to offset the ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH cost of shipping charged by Redbubble.
Because i was trying to get my order placed before my Redbubble coupon expired, I hurried to the check out page.
But low and behold - the system wouldn't allow me to use Redbubble's coupon.
I soon discovered that Redbubble DOES NOT have a Customer Service phone number (unlike most reputable companies)... THAT should have been my 1st CLUE in deciding whether or not to use Redbubble.
So my only option was to message them via the Redbubble Chat Line. I did so for 3 days without making any headway. My interaction with Redbubble was unbelievably frustrating and the response time from agents was excessively LONG. Redbubble's Customer Service agents seemingly lack adequate communication skills when conversing with English speaking customers (I couldn't hear them speak but surmised as much while reading their responses with misspelled words and grammatically incorrect sentences).
Nevertheless my question - "why is Redbubble's check out process NOT working?" was never addressed by one single agent. That plus the fact that not even one of them agent seemed gave a R's A ed to mean
"OOPS-so sorry-and BTW the coupon you were trying to use expired 2 days ago-and hey thanks for contacting Redbubble".
Bottom line... if you choose to do business with Redbubble, I'll say to you - GOOD LUCK (with that)!
Fortunately I was able to get those exact 3 items custom made by a reputable and very popular company (Zazzle) - that apparently everyone knew about except me!
The gentleman who worked with me on the phone was especially courteous, knowledgeable I ended up custom ordering the same 3 items i wanted from Redbubble at a cheaper price and free shipping.

From the beginning, my order had a ridiculously long shipping time. Still, the item was important to me because it was a gift, so I ordered it. When it still didn't arrive or show as shipped by the delivery date, they told me I had to wait another 2 weeks to get a refund. 2 weeks later, they try to sell me a replacement item (which I never get a confirmation email for), so they finally say they will issue a refund. I get no email confirming this refund and am expected to wait another week to see the refund in my account. We'll see if it ever gets credited back to me…Customer support is hard to get ahold of, chat is the only option besides email. They leave and end the chat whenever they feel like, and they're just plain rude. This site is a scam. Don't risk it.
I ordered two of the All Creatures Great and Small coffee mugs, and the whole top of the words was missing. Items not available for exchange, and to return them I needed to take a photo of the images showing defection, which I am not able to do, so can't return these crappy products.
This store is full of unique and interesting things. Customer support is very friendly and helpful. That was such a pleasant experience!
For a start they got my negative review removed from trustpilot for no reason other than they didn't like it! Witch in my opinion is disingenuous and not a good way to run a company or a website like trustpilot that's supposed to be genuine. So I will post my review here too incase they get it taken down for a second time.
I purchased two t-shirts for my partner and son for xmas one is ok but the over looks like it was a small picture that's been blown up (it's dark and blurry) then to top it off he's only Worn it twice and the print is already coming off! In conclusion I wouldn't recommend anybody buy from this company it is overpriced for very poor quality printing. Literally the only positive thing I can say was the delivery time was good and I could use clearpay at checkout but this is still not enough for me to buy from them again.
I bought a bunch of T-shirts on Redbubble. They came from different "sellers" however they all had the same thin and low grade fabric. Two of them completely faded within two washings. Very disappointed.
Update! Juan from RedBubble solved my probem while other operator Shadia didn't do nothing, completely ignored my email and attachments.Be careful when you upload parodies of logos, quotes, music albums, movie posters and such. User Lunar-Princess ripped off my design which was even suspended due to "infrignemnt" filed by Sony Entertaiment Music. How did Redbubble placed again on the market design that SME complained about? It also happend to me a couple of times that i would get sales and soon enough those artworks would be removed from marketplace. When it comes to overall expirence i would give 3 starts. Overall expirence is 3 stars because RedBubble doesn't let you create your own promo campaigns and take down some of your designs even when they get a sale.It takes time and idea to put something like that. They should have a list of copyrighted companies so wouldn't waste our time creating artworks. However they will place your designs on Google and chance for getting seen is good especially after sale. Payments are on time and they even when there is a delay they informed you before.
Here is RedBubble's posted customer service availability:
"If you have questions about anything Redbubble - from where is your order, to exchanging your fresh threads, all the way to uploading an image as an artist, head on over to our Help Centre. This is where you'll find all the answers you need, you'll even be able to speak to one of our friendly support heroes!"
As a consumer, I most certainly do not find "all the answers you need." Even though your site advertises we can speak to an agent, there is no option to talk to a live person, only to e-mail a support request. Where are the "friendly support heroes" I can speak to now?
Only company I know of other then PBK that you can order socks on 12/7 and not have them for xmas. Seriously what a joke. Further more, you cant even cancel your order and get a cash refund. STAY AWAY from this site!
They messed up shipping even though i provided the correct address they did not label it correctly and now my christmas gifts are being "returned to sender" 2 days before the stupid holiday
My bag that i bought was sent to me with the print upside down. I complained they sent a second bag with the same print upside down. Do not buy at this company
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
Answer: They're your typical plastic case. My sister has a case and it's lasted her s good year
