Redbubble's reputation is increasingly marred by significant concerns regarding its customer service and fee structure. Many artists express frustration over high deductions from earnings and a lack of transparency in the new tier system, which they feel undermines their profitability. Customers frequently report issues with product quality, including defective items and poor print resolution, alongside unreliable shipping and inadequate support when seeking resolutions. While some users appreciate the variety and quality of certain products, the overall sentiment suggests a declining trust in the platform, prompting many to consider alternative options for their creative endeavors.

Redbubble was a good idea although their staff and operations are horrible. Lost items in the mail. Absolutely bad customer service by their employees (Senior Customer Support Representative). Then their designs always fade away after the first wash. Please take your business somewhere else because redbubble is a nightmare to work with. Pray that any item you purchase will not get lost in the mail or the brush you off with a "redbubble voucher". Buyer beware!
Redbubble allows bootleggers to steal many known artists art straight from their shop to repost on to their shop.
I have a redbubble shop (daveslave666)
Selling my own art only. Anyhow in the last year or so Re bubble has allowed art thieves to take my art (cut and paste) with my wording etc only to be reposted up on their shops. I also noticed these same theives have stolen many other known artists/ bands art and claimed as their own. I'm sick of filling out takedown forms for each design. These thieves accounts should be taken down. My art Titled: "Doomed And Disgusting" is only designed and owned by me. Sort out your act redbubble, Consumers want Authentic Merch From Arists/Bands etc
REDBUBBLE - I purchased a t shirt with band name print on which I needed for a concert. I ordered this in plenty of time for their estimated delivery date which was 5 - 10 days after they accepted my order.
No updates on status of my order 5 days later it just said accepted waiting for production and shipping
I emailed customer service as i started to worry about where order was and when they got back to me I was told the item was out of stock and they wont be getting the t shirt back in stock in foreseeable future! I had been waiting for a delivery that never would of arrived and if I hadn't of enquired I wouldn't of known this.
Then they cheekily offered me a credit note which I refused as I they sold me an item they didn't even have in stock.
I gave one star as the customer service did investigate where the t shirt was did issue a refund and the guy was helpful. Will never shop here again. I doubt I will be able to get a t-shirt with this band name delivered by the concert date thanks to them. Also would like to add if I had not paid through Clear pay I don't think it would of been easy getting refund by the way they were trying to give me a credit voucher!
I bought the Greyhound Brindle Beauty 252 pc puzzle. The good news is the picture looks EXACTLY like my 8 year old greyhound Stella. The quality of the puzzle is terrible. The pieces are all pretty much the same size and shape. The white portion is literally the same size/shape/color. For all it's worth the pieces do not fit together very well. The cardboard is very thin. I've bought puzzles from other vendors and they are much higher quality. I would not by another puzzle from this firm.
I guess nobody at Redbubble has heard of a mailing tube? The first time they sent me my 18x24 print, they sent it in a regular cardboard box rolled with some tissue paper. The box was crushed and so was the print. After I reached out to them, they were kind enough to send me another print. Once again it was in a cardboard box with some tissue paper. This time, the mailman left it propped against my front door because it was too big to fit in my mailbox. It rained, and the box and the print were soaked. It's been a waste of $40, but a valuable lesson learned.
This is a fraudulent company they are not legitimate or reputable do not order from them. They have been giving me the runaround for over a week saying you're going to assist me with getting my order out I gave him correct information for I paid extra for fast shipping and they've been holding it up for over a week through email and through Facebook messenger ther are bots there aren't real people and there's no customer service that you can call into their fraudulent do not order from them
I received a shirt with no name as to who sent it. I contacted customer service so I could see who sent it. They told me they could not help me as it was private information. I then get my credit card statement only to see I was charged for the shirt. As it turns out my card was hacked and used to buy things. Customer service should have been able to tell me who bought it because it was my name on the sales slip.
I have once inputted an invalid address to redbubble accidentally while ordering a product from them. I only realised it when even after a month I had not recieved the product. I asked customer support of it expecting to have to pay an additional fee however, they responded kindly and even offered a replacement for it.
I orderd 3 onesies for my grandkid and all 3 had defective snaps, "picture included " tried to return and was only given the option of a cupon for redbubble or a replacment, save your money dont order onesies for infants its a waist
A poster I bought arrived pixelated and blurred. I do not understand how can a company print and sell a product of such inferieur quality.
Overpriced, terrible quality, limited selection, but good service. Do NOT buy anything from this website. They charge $30 for terrible quality shirts, hats, phone cases, and more. The only reason you should be buying off this website is if you want a terrible quality hat with kanye kissing kanye on it. Still, when you get a $#*! quality shirt they will be happy to get a return started.
I have ordered twice now, both times the wrong style tshirt was sent. They sent the wrong size wrong tshirt my first order, sent a second tshirt in the right size, but again, wrong style. So they gave me a credit. I waited a few months, hoping they'd get the stock sorted out, & ordered again. But guess what? Wrong style again, & so far, no response from them. If they don't have it, don't advertise it! Simple enough.
I returned a t-shirt because the size saw wrong. I requested a replacement online. They required me to send the shirt back, which I did at my expense. But, they failed to supply a replacement. Rather, they informed me that I would be required to send a photo of the postage on the package I returned in order to receive the replacement. I am not in the habit of taking photos of packages I send to prove I sent it. So, they are denying that I ever returned the shirt, even though they have it, and the postage label. Very poor customer service. The company lacks integrity. Advise against rolling the dice with these folks.
As above - if you're going to provide a service, provide it, and actually respond - my nephew and neice never received the gift ordered 4 months ago - appalling
I nearly didn't order from Redbubble because of bad reviews I had read about the quality of their prints and their service. However, they had a design I loved that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I just went for it anyway. The poster arrived a week after I ordered it, and the quality was truly excellent! I was so pleasantly surprised that I felt honor-bound to counter some of Redbubble's bad reviews by sharing my top-notch experience. The poster paper is heavy weight, the colors are vibrant, and the resolution is crystal clear. Absolutely no complaints here.
Don't try work with Redbubble they close artists accounts all time. Don't waste your time. They don't fair.
In late February, I found what I thought to be a decent picture of my first ship, the USS Coral Sea, taken when I served aboard her from '84-'88. I ordered the pic as a Medium (32.8" x 23.4") Semi-gloss. To say I was disappointed when it arrived would be an understatement. The resolution is so low on the original image that when it's enlarged to this size, it is beyond grainy. You can see the pixilation from 6' away. I won't ever order any images from them again. If I wanted something of such poor quality, Id' have kept my money, found a photo online, printed it and just kept increasing the size until it fit the frame. That is not how photography - especially digital photography - works. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Redbubble decides to send me an extra unsolicited, unpurchased magnet with my order. This has happened both times I have made a purchase. This magnet is very negative and hateful in nature. Instead of taking this opportunity to send light, peace, joy and love to make this world a better place, they decide to send hate. I will not use this company again and am so very disappointed in them. I was initially extremely excited about this company. Please spread peace and love and not hateful views. Thank you.
Many artists sell the same stolen images. I bought 3 shirts a few years back; the print/design quality was poor--I think because the images were likely stolen from somewhere else, so they weren't done quite right. The fabric was also itchy, and they had tags attached that said hang dry only. I just ordered 3 postcards, a sticker, and 2 buttons/pins. I haven't received the buttons/pins yet, but the others are are crap. After shipping and discounts, I paid well over $4 each for these, and they're not worth a quarter. The postcards are textured and not glossy. I've never seen such poor-looking postcards, and I've bought a lot of postcards of artwork in the past. They also significantly cut off the text on one, so it's not even as pictured online. They don't give you the choice of glossy or not on the postcards, and I've only ever seen glossy, so I assumed they would be. I've only ever seen pre-cut stickers, but these are on a rectangle with a barcode and other text. I didn't intend to actually remove the sticker; I just couldn't find it as a postcard, so now I've got to try to cut off this other text. It's also super thin and poor quality, like something I would make at home. Not at all worth what I paid; other postcards I buy are $1.25 for much better quality. I will not use Redbubble again. I'm reviewing here, because there does not seem to be a place where I can review on their website, so I question the authenticity of their 99% 5 star reviews.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
Answer: They're your typical plastic case. My sister has a case and it's lasted her s good year
