Recharge.com

I purchased two Steam cards of 10$ denomination each from recharge.com on July 21,2023, and both were found to be delivered used/faulty. Upon reporting the matter to their customer care, they directed me to contact steampowered.com instead. Now, they too have refused to assist in any way. Much to my dismay, these guys even lack the basic business ethics and professional accountability to initiate the refund process. It's been three days now, and they haven't even updated me on my issue yet. Please DO NOT buy digital cards from this sloppy place as there are far better alternatives out there who not only take matters of customer redressals seriously but also act upon them on time. Poor and inadequate customer service. Pathetic experience!

They have stolen my funds 3 times and no help from customer service! I would not recommend! Refund me now!

As you know, Venezuela is not at its finest moments. I flew away years ago, so I've always tried to keep in constant touch with my loved ones. During the last weeks, it was crazy: electricity off, phones off... The only way I discovered was using this site to recharge prepaid phones of my family back there, so they could not only call me, but text me whenever needed. It's a fast, easy tool that I highly recommend if you are an expat in the need of communicating anytime :)

Recharge worked fine for us until we agreed to a scale contract. Its at this point that they want to lock you in to a year or longer agreement at a fixed fee and a fixed amount of transactions. This is fine if you hit that number exactly however should you exceed this number or miss it you will either owe them the remaining months (in our case we exceeded the volume in month 7 so we owe them both the "processing fee of $500/month" + the preset fee for the next 5 months) or the deficit if you didn't hit your target.

Since our business hit the transactional threshold in month 7 we are in essence penalized by paying the "processing fee" 2x. Once for the original contract and then a second time during the duration of the new contract. REcharge's competition, Stay.Ai and Loop, etc. are month to month so you can avoid this. Had we known that we would not have agreed to the fixed contract. It's definitely not clearly defined or mentioned when their sales team is selling you on the initial deal. I would consider this selling through omission which to me is as bad as lying.

It's a real shame since we liked Recharge's platform and we were actually their fastest growing merchant. Now we will end up being a reference for their competition.

They claim to provide an internet service but then they never deliver. When I requested a refund, they redirected me to the phone carrier. The phone carrier told me that recharge.com is not an authorized dealer or reseller of their internet services.

I was robbed inside the recharge.i contacted them by email and they are making a fool of me!
Asking me the same questions I've ALREADY ANSWERED
I noticed a lot of neglect on their part
They don't solve my problem
And they keep asking me the same questions via email... asking me for the same prints to prove that I was really robbed

I bought $50 and then a transcash worth $100 (I paid in euros)
As soon as i bought transcash. My app restarted.
When I put my email and my password to enter. It appeared that the password was incorrect.
I reset my password and was finally able to log in.
When I logged into my account I realized that my gifts were no longer there... they disappeared
I got in touch with them.but apparently they don't care about customer safety on their platform.
Do not buy on recharge.
You run the risk of being robbed.

The best part is that they don't know where my gifts went...that proves that their security is very flawed.
I didn't receive any security code on my phone at the time of "gift transfer"
Just don't buy it.it's not safe.if they rob you they don't care.after all.they already got your money.
DO NOT BUY ON RECHARGE. YOU WILL GET ROBBED BY A STRANGER AND THEY WILL NOT KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY WENT AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND.

I got scammed. I reported the purchase someone has made illegaly using my bank details after a few hours it happened and although they have proofs through screenshots they refuse to refund the money. They keep asking for an invoice and the email address used for the purchase that I CLEARLY DON'T HAVE BECAUSE I GOT SCAMMED. They are thieves as they are keepeing the money of a person who never used them and CLEARLY NEVER WILL. I will make my personal job to make sure that other people won't use them either
