Recharge.com website advertises their legitimate payment system that works off exchange of voucher codes your pre-purchase. I bought a voucher code and was not going to give it to the scammer until they provided what was promised, but when they did not deliver I went to get the refund and the money was already gone. How can the transfer of money happen if they don't have the code? Customer support unwilling to help and hide behind their online policies with respect to scams and instead of verifying and working with legitimate businesses they enable scammers. Total scam all around and will never trust or use Recharge.com again.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use Recharge.com/NeoSurf. Complete scam and do not care about the consumer. They enable scams. They hide behind their weak online protection policies and claim/portray themselves as a legitimate business but I couldn't be more disappointed in my dealings with their product and their customer service for any resolution
Products used:
Voucher Card Code purchase from Recharge.com/Neosurf. Purchase confirmation email clearly gives instructions to activate after the purchase. I never activated the code or gave it out, but the funds were still gone. Complete scam.
