Purchased a purse from Rebecca Minkoff that was defective and they will NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS TO REFUND! HAVE BEEN calling and emailing since October 2023 and NOT answered or returned any of my calls or emails requesting a REFUND. Reporting to Attorney General.

BIGGEST FRAUD

I purchased 1 bag then my card was charged for the same bag they send 2 I didn't like the quality so they send me a return label they received the bags back on 11/27 and and refund was supposed to be initiated and all now I cant get back my money plus I have sent them multiple emails and no response. They are in for something because I will be putting them on BLAST EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. She's the crook

I bought a bag and they have not answers any of my emails to return it. It was way bigger than I had anticipated and was more than willing to pay postage back to the company. The PO on your Oder does not match anything. It will say "order not found". No telephone number. No one answers your emails. It's the worst company I have ever ordered from. Save your mo eye and buy elsewhere. Better Businees Bureau is aware. Just FYI

Never even shipped

I ordered a pair of strappy sandals.
Rebecca Minkoff & company could not even get it together enough to ship the order. I had to dispute the charges on my card after waiting two weeks for the shoes to ship with absolutely no helpful customer service representation.
This company is definitely failing.
Don't waste your time or efforts here when there are so many other reputable choices out there!

I too have paid for goods from the site, and have been left empty handed. The bag was apparently sent to some totally random address, thousands of miles from where I live. There has been no reply from customer service in USA (but got through to someone in Singapore, weirdly)
I've reported Rebecca Minkoff to the FTC, and think everyone who ends up here should too - the more people complain, the more power we have.

Had an item in my cart, was shopping for additional items, went to check out and the items went to OUT OF STOCK. Not sure if this is normal for their website, but I feel if you have it in your cart, you should be able to purchase it. It was less than 5 mins. Not like it was in my cart for hours or days. Will not try to order from them again, as this is VERY disappointing.

I purchased a bag recently and when it arrived it was badly damaged. I emailed customer service twice to get help with a replacement bag and after one full week I finally received an email that looked like a template and asked for my proof of purchase and an image of the damage, which I had already given them in my initial emails. I sent the information again and now after three days I haven't received any additional communication. Surprise surprise. By the time I get any help the bag will likely be out of stock and then I'll have to start over dealing with a return and refund. Never order from this company! I won't even be purchasing their products from other retailers. This situation is so bad, and I see I am not alone. Their customer service is seriously the worst.

I ordered two handbags from Rebecca Minkoff did not receive one of the handbags I ordered cannot get in touch with customer service left numerous messages emails no one replies horrible c/s! It really is too bad since I loved her line of handbags but no more. A reputable company would have a customer service department that would assist you if needed. That is not the case here and I should have read the reviews before I placed an order Buyer beware!

There is no customer service as they would lead you to believe. When you call the number given, there is a recording telling you there is no one available to speak to and after reading other reviews, which I should have read prior to ordering merchandise, it seems others have never received the merchandise ordered and they were charged and never able to contact anyone via phone or email... but also, my credit card now has been compromised (and used by two other online buisness that I did not authorize) less than 12 hours after I ordered merchandise from this RebbecaMinkoff.com. I tried to contact the company via the customer service support phone number given to be sure it was a legit site and have found there is no way to confirm my order... my credit card has been charged and I have not received any notification of order and there is no customer service to speak with at the number given... this leads me to believe this is not a credible company to trust. Buyer beware.

NEVER EVER buy a Rebecca Minkoff handbag!
Rated F on Better Business Bureau! Check that out!
This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company I have ever dealt with, hands down! PLEASE heed my warning! If you buy what appears to be a lovely handbag from this company, and anything goes wrong with the bag, you will NEVER EVER be able to reach ANYONE EVER in "customer service" for help! My $240 purse sits in my closet because they haven't responded to numerous pleas for help via voicemail (since no one will ever pick up the phone) and emails. I am beyond frustrated and furious with the message they convey to their customers by this TOTAL NEGLECT and ABUSE! They will gladly take your money; and then kick you to the curb!

Tried contacting them for over two weeks about a recent purchase. You only get voicemail asking you to leave a phone number and e-mail. They email you back that they received your message. THAT'S IT! No further contact. I left a second message a week later and received another email. I only received a response (an unsatisfactory response) when I left a message on facebook. "We have a very small team but we are working hard to get back to every inquiry as soon as we can." And there were many other customers on facebook trying to get customer service! Two and one-half weeks with no response is not acceptable for any merchant. By the time that I was able to contact them through facebook, my time frame for getting a lower price had been exhausted. Oh well, their merchandise is nice but not nice enough to deal with a company with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Shopping on the Rebecca Minkoff.com site feels like sitting in a room that's being painted and have to sit and watch it dry. Every single time there is a sale, the site crashes. Every time.
So they apologized today for the 'problem' and I have to tell you that's the same line they used last year, last fall whenever. The company has the worst IT department the worst.
I've met Rebecca at Saks, nice person but this is no way to run a company on line.
Do yourself a favor, when there's a sale, avoid it.
