I purchased a bag recently and when it arrived it was badly damaged. I emailed customer service twice to get help with a replacement bag and after one full week I finally received an email that looked like a template and asked for my proof of purchase and an image of the damage, which I had already given them in my initial emails. I sent the information again and now after three days I haven't received any additional communication. Surprise surprise. By the time I get any help the bag will likely be out of stock and then I'll have to start over dealing with a return and refund. Never order from this company! I won't even be purchasing their products from other retailers. This situation is so bad, and I see I am not alone. Their customer service is seriously the worst.
