I needed to order one rear fender flare, but they only come in pairs. It was ok and when I started to purchase, a square popped up and said to check on discounts. I contacted a customer service rep and he/she told me that there was already a 20% discount but I would get $10.00 more dollars of the price. I agreed, gave all my information, paid in full through pay pal and it was finished. Quick and easy.

Was checking out the bed covers on the site and wanted to know if stock was available before I ordered. I NEVER click a chat pop up but I did this time. Victor R. Was my sales rep. He answered my questions AND gave me a discounted price. He was very helpful. I really appreciate that. Top was delayed one day due to Christmas day and shippers being overwhelmed with holiday deliveries. I understand. No big deal. Top arrived and it took me about an hour to install. Instructions were ok. Top is solid and fit my 22 Ram 1500 perfectly.

My interaction with your company was good, but the FedEx shipping was a nightmare
It was with the shipping. Fedex is a nightmare to work with. Our truck bed cover was scheduled to arrive on Dec. 13th and did not get it until Dec. 16th. We would not have gotten the cover when we did, if I had not spent three days on the phone and computer trying to track the package down. No one could tell me anything about the where-abouts of the shipment. On the night of the 16th when the tracking said it was on the truck and I had not been delivered, I went to Athens, GA 40 mile away to the FedEx office to be told that the package was at another shipment facility another 40 away. I was finally given a phone number to the second location and was told if they could find it they would call me. I drove to the second facility and after some 30 minutes on the phone, I was informed that the package was found.
I will not do business with any company who uses FedEx for there shipping.

Website was great and checkout seemed to go like any other plus items would arrive before Christmas which was a must. I was shipping to a different address than my billing address but Bolt seemed to accept it. 4 days after purchase and being charged, Bolt sends an email saying the order is cancelled. Had to call RealTruck directly, replace the order (which ended up costing me more due to items not in stock) and hoping it all arrives before Christmas. Would have been a great transaction if RealTruck used a better clearinghouse for online orders.
