They didn't originally have it but no one else did either. After waiting with my preferred vendor Thule still hadn't delivered inventory so I went looking a month later and found out realtruck had gotten one of the tracrac sr racks in stock. They set up my order for me, shipped it out same day, free shipping, 2 day shipping. Overall I was not happy to wait this long only due to Thule but happy with realtruck for getting me across the line.
Called about a tonneau cover that was on back order and the sales rep John was able to find one at one of your sister companies available now. I need it before a trip next month so I was very happy. Also added a set of nerf bars on a price match. Overall a great experience!

Super easy to contact support via their chat widget. No waiting at all for a response, which is great. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and easily identified the parts that I needed. The entire process took ~ 5 minutes. They offer free shipping which is great. However, with free shipping, it appears the length of time to receive my parts will be almost a month. This is the only part where I recommend to improve upon, so that customers get their order in a more timely manner.

Received my order for a Bed Rug Saturday. The installation velcro is missing. Contacted Real Truck and explained that I need the missing parts sent quickly as we are leaving on a trip with the truck on next Friday. They said they were very busy but would look into it asap. I received a case number. 2 days later when I inquired about my status they simply just gave me another case number. Still no word on sending parts. I'm returning this order and will never buy from Real Truck again.

Placed an on-line order for a Truxedo Lo Pro cover for my Son's new GMC (2021) pickup hoping to receive it prior to a trip he planned. Actually received it several days earlier than originally stated by Real Truck. INstalled top with excellent results and was as easy as the video showed. Great job by Real Truck.
