My experience with RealTruck has been very frustrating (to say the least). I have ordered two different truck tonneau covers from this company and they have not been able to deliver on either one. The first cover was a $2000.+ retractable bed cover that was advertised on their website as in stock and "Rapid Ship." I was told that rapid ship meant it would be shipped same day and I would receive in 3-4 business days. Well, five days later, the order was listed on their website as "pending fulfillment." No one from Real Truck bothered to contact me and explain what was going on with my shipment. As a result, I cancelled the order. I waited a couple weeks and decided to try ordering a less expensive (but still over $1000) Backflip cover (yesterday). That item was supposedly in stock and "Rapid ship." Guess what, same thing is happening with this order (PENDING FULFILLMENT)! Real Truck doesn't seem to have any idea what they have in their inventory. Their advertising doesn't meet what they can deliver. This is not a good way to conduct a business.
After calling and talking to the sales rep to confirm these rims where in stock and cold you have 2 sets I check back in today to see when they will ship and was informed in about 2 weeks. That is ridiculous- I understand a few days BUT 2 WEEKS..
I called inquiring about a product and had additional questions. The rep (forgot his name but begins with a C) was knowledgeable and patient with me. Helped me go through Affirm as payment method. Received the Pro X15 in 2 days. Just waiting on the wheel well liners. All in all, great experience and will use them again.

I needed to replace a broken lock on the tonneau cover of our truck. Real Truck was most helpful in figuring out the set I needed. Because we have two locks on the cover, I needed to be sure that we were keyed alike. I wasn't sure if an order included two locks or one, so I ordered two sets to be safe. They were mailed promptly and were easy to install. One order contained two locks and keys, so I didn't need the second ordered set. I contacted them right away and they replied promptly and arranged a refund of my second set. They are most appreciated.

Although I received my truck bed cover within three days of placing my order. It can with no instructions, missing hardware, damaged, and dirty. It was evident I was sent a previously used. I'm returning the cover a waiting on the replacement at this. No a good feeling especially with me being a first time customer
