I ordered a tonneau cover for my truck online on 6/24, because in the description it stated I would receive the cover on 6/25. After I checked out, the message read the cover would arrive on 6/26. I immediately called customer service and spoke with Grant Pack. Grant told me the delay was due to the cover being pulled from Norcross GA. He assured me he would cancel the order and place a new order to pull from Springfield MO. So I placed the second order via telephone with Grant. Today I have 2-covers comming from Norcross GA and both are scheduled to arrive on 6/27,2-days AFTER I was told I would get a cover. Obviously Grant did not cancel the 1st order, nor did he pull the 2nd order from Springfield so I could install it today, as I will be out of town tomorrow - Sunday. I am extremely disappointed with this company's customer service and will do whatever I can to ensure future customers just keep scrolling.

Tried to order a hard tonneau on the website. Provided my truck information. Website showed me what covers would fit my truck. When I clicked the one I wanted, the resulting page said "This will NOT fit your truck." OK, so after doing that three or four times I called REALTRUCK. Will is the guy that got things straightened out, and I was able to place my order over the phone with no problem. The agent was very helpful and now my new tonneau is on the way!

I wish I could give them a "no star' rating. They can't seem to put the correct floor mat in the box. They have sent me the incorrect floor mat twice, even though the box has the label for the mat I ordered. Some real dumb people working there. Hopefully, a supervisor calls me today to correct the matter.
Ordered the floor mats and cargo liner on a Tuesday and found out they had a better one so Wednesday morning not even 24 hours later I canceled that order to order the better ones.on Friday afternoon they shipped the ones I canceled on Wednesday They said it takes 2 or 3 days to cancel in the age of computers. My old gatortrax tonneau cover lost the rubber seal between the cover and the locking panel on the tailgate. This seemed to be an easy fix by replacing the seal. However, this particular part is not available. RT offered me a prorated replacement cover for $600.00. I had no choice but to replace the whole system. I purchased a new cover assuming that new rails would be included, so I didn't take too much care in removing the old system. Consequently, the old rails got damaged removing them from my truck. I received the new cover without new rails, so now i need to either purchase new rails for $400.00, or try to modify my old rails to make them usable. I wish I had been told the rails weren't Included with my replacement. Had I'd known this, I might have pursued a different route. A new seal for the tailgate panel to slats would have been a much easier repair, but for some reason gator does not provide one for sale.
