I have to say the gentleman I dealt with was a good guy, but the company not giving military personnel a discount with credentials is a little upsetting. I will say the salesman I had was a good guy and did what he could … I can't comment on product cause haven't received it yet. Maybe that is why I keep getting notifications to fill out
When speaking with Jack, who would not give last name or employee number, he was very unpleasant and derogatory. Sounded like he did not want to look up simple answers to my question. I was asking the actual dimensions of an item. He then started in with sarcastic remarks and placed me on an indefinite hold when I asked to speak with a manager. I eventually ended the call, after holding for 25 minutes.
Needless to say my one experience this company will be my last. I hope others have a better experience than I did.
At the request of your team member, he emailed me a link to purchase an item that he had answered my questions about. I agreed and used the link and purchased the item. Unfortunately he sent the wrong link. Within 26 minutes I realized what happened and cancelled the order. Your customer service staff is so overwhelmed that phone waiting times are over an hour. I requested a call back "with no loss of position in cue". Never called me! After cancelling on the 26th it was mailed out on 27th and received on 29th. To date I have 3 hours invested in your team members mistake and MIGHT have a solution

Purchased bed cover for my truck Wednesday had it 2 dayed supposed to be at my house at 10:30 am that's what the sales representative told me it's not even being delivered tell Monday and the label even says overnight had to pay extra to get it there and I had to have it Friday.
The internet said my items would ship in two days, so I called to verify. I was told I would get the bed cover in three days and the nerf bar in 6 days. Being ok with that, I went ahead and put in my order with the rep. The cover missed its date, but at least it shipped right away, it's been 4 days and the nurf bars have not shipped yet. I am not saying the times are unreasonable, I am saying you should not make online or sales rep promises you can't keep. It just makes it sound like you will say anything to make a sale.

Ran into a time crunch for a trip and needed a tonneau cover fast. Called in and spoke to the sales team who found a tonneau cover i needed in stock and set it up to ship to my location next day. Can't ask for better service than that. Top notch in my book. Will definitely order from them in the future if i need anything.

He was friendly and worked quickly to take care of my order successfully getting it shipped that same day! I recently tried to get insights one a Leer product and was amazed how difficult it was to reach an on-line representative.
