I cancelled an order within 4 hours by LIVE CHAT, on a Sunday before lunch. LIVE CHAT said they canceled the Order. Monday morning, I corrected and replaced my Order by phone with a Salesman, with a new Number. The Salesman also confirmed CANCEL the previous order. I am still receiving one of the items (duplicated) from the first order. Now I have to return it to the FED EX, +40miles away.
BUT they are very FAST to SHIP, So that's not a bad thing.

My biggest complaint is the chat feature disables and loses replies very quickly. I experienced the problem multiple times during one purchase. The chat would show "Error" at the top while a rep was looking into something or checking something, and then any message I send is lost. I refresh the screen and the chat resets to the computer, but I can see the last message from the rep only. It's great that it retains the information, but the repeated Error and loss of connection with the rep is frustrating. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the transaction and prices.
Overall a good experience. Found what I needed online and called to confirm the wheels and tires were compatible with the truck and in stock. The specialist was very helpful and in the end I had to make the purchase over the phone in order to secure the parts.
