After another company left me in the lurch for weeks on a Christmas gift, I called RealTruck. A real person answered the phone. He was very helpful and placed my order that shipped the same day. Christmas saved and now we have a new place for our truck needs.

When the doors won't close without hitting the Matt and the Matt doesn't fit the groves something is wrong and you people are telling me it's the correct Matt, we have a problem
I placed an order via phone because I wanted to check on delivery eta and since on the phone completed the order via phone.
The price was higher (~$21) via phone order than online so I called into support I got an email later stating that was an estimated tax price after I had sent in screen shots, so I went to the screen where you have to click submit still the lower tax amount.
I never clicked submit but I ended up with a 2nd cover anyway, so I am returning the one with the higher tax.
Funny thing the one I order via phone 1 day before the online "order" arrived 1 day later than the online "order"

Great service, one day delivery and easy to install. I had one broken part and they are sending a complete parts package to replace it. I am very pleased with the cover.

I was ordering some accessories online and had some trouble adding an item to my cart. I started a live chat and that's where the excellent customer service came in. The person I was chatting with (wish I could remember her name) entered my order for me, and was very friendly as well. She explained why another item I wanted was not in stock and I am confident she will email me when one arrives. Great customer service is hard to come buy these days. I experienced it, appreciated it, and will certainly use REALTRUCK again.
I used the chat feature of the Real Truck website to ask questions and determine which retractable bed cover was right for me. The chat person was quick to respond to the questions and provided me enough information that I completed the sale only having to briefly leave the site to enter my payment information. Very painless and quick way to do a transaction. Sorry that I don't remember the name of the Real Truck representative.
