Multiple e-mails that I felt needed follow up! Telephone contact by me responded by Real Truck slowly. Orders I made not processed by real Truck or lost!

Process was smooth from start to finish. Still not able to register for warranty. Not allowing me to put in my phone number. Have not been contacted by anyone yet as promised.
Customer service sent me a link via email to order online w/ a rebate.
It was for the wrong part number. I didn't find that out until after I ordered. I called them within 30mins to cancel and make the correction. They say I'm too late and the order has already shipped.
The order totaled over $3,500. You would think they would get it right.
Now I have to wait to receive my order, return it and get sent another.
I'm pissed.

I finally had the time to get the bumper installed.
The hardest part was removing the factory bumper mounts.my truck is diesel so it's ether remove the intercooler or cut the bolts that hold them on.
I found that a Sawzall and a hacksaw blade does the job fairly easy the worst part was just getting access to the bolts.
The new bumper was very easy to mount once the old factory mounts were out of the way.
But I definitely suggest an engine host or some big friends to assist.
I just unpacked the bumper and will install it tomorrow. From looking at it and reading the instructions it seems simple and straightforward for the install.
I'll.make one recommendation and that is rent an engine host for the install or have a bunch of friends that are wt lifters come help.
The other thing i will say is the shipping department takes things seriously,.this thing came wrapped up tighter that Dicks hat band not a scratch on it. Plenty of padding and strapped to a pallet.

Awaiting refunded money so score would have been higher. Make back order out of stock items reflected on Real Truck website when ordering.

One was not made correctly and a bit warped which made installing more difficult. Where the edges had been trimmed on one it wasn't like the others and it wouldn't allow the clip to hold it properly.
Very satisfied, well fit, looks good. Only wish there was installment instructions inside the shipping container instead of web site download.
