Terrible
February 11, 2018

As an realtor, I thought OK lead generation could be one of my ways to gain extra leads. I spent $2268. 00 for the year. It ended Jan 23rd 2018. It was not the most positive experience; actually it was terrible. Double leads, phone numbers that didn't work or tied with the client, or emails that went to cyber space. They said to me to remind them and for me to keep track of the and they will correct them. They did not. I love the fact that I told them that I didn't want to sign up and still they billed my credit card after I told them NO before the deadline date. But still they charged... BE FOREWARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Realtor.com is HORRIBLE! Not only are the "Leads" horrible, they take Real Estate Agents for a complete ride! You will see the dishonesty in their "Sales Team" soon after they have you in a 6 month or 1 year contract. You will be paying HUGE monthly expenses to get 90% or more of your "Leads" that are already either rental properties, pending, already sold or not even really listed for sale. You then will be forced to call in and try to speak to one of their so called "Sales Team Members" only to be told. "Mr/Mrs so and So, we here at Realtor.Com do not sell "Leads," we sell advertising. You are now locked into a HUGE monthly contract with HUGE monthly expenses (I have seen people paying $8,000 to $17,000 per month) with horrible leads (advertising) have their life and credit destroyed because the leads are horrible and they are stuck paying thousands of dollars per month.

Then you will speak to upper management who will treat you like complete and total crap! They will tell you. "We don't need your business, we will survive without you." Then you will ask to speak to upper management and some guy who claims to be an ex-college football player will get on the phone, tell you how important he is and how he only takes accounts from the worlds leading real estate agents and in a round about way tell you how you are nothing to him or Realtor.Com.

I would stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. If you choose to not heed this advice and this opinionated review, don't ever say someone didn't warn you.

The best realtor any buyer should have in their corner it would be George Lewis. He answers every call and or Tex message on time. Working with George is like working with your best friend.

W e hired Maribel Sotuyo with the Mark Dimas Team because they were referred by Dave Ramsey. We could not be happier with our whole experience. Maribel is very good at negotiating and keeping you in the loop daily as your home search and purchase proceeds. She even helps AFTER the sale closes if you need information of any kind. She made our house purchase an enjoyable experience instead of stressful. You will be in great hands if you hire Maribel Sotuyo and the Mark Dimas Team.

LIARS
September 27, 2016

I have been a client for more than 18 months. I spent over $12,000 in leads from these people. For a while I got some workable leads. They have been continually getting worse. Now they are almost non-existent. They have screwed up my account numerous times and will not take the time to research the problem. I just discovered they have errantly texting my leads to another agent for the last 60 days. They wanted to raise the price of my leads from $1,000 per month to $2366 per month or make me buy shared leads. Their reps agreed to do numerous things but never did what they said they would do. DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

Comprehensive
July 24, 2015

I've been conducting a home search the past few months and found Realtor.com to have the most comprehensive list of homes for sale in my area. Thanks!

REALTOR.com promised to send me a bunch of verified lead leads per month. However, in 6 months time, instead I have received 12 leads that include BOGUS information like FAKE names, Partial or Incomplete names, phone numbers that don't work, and the two that actually did work, were already were working with other realtors.

I was thinking about listing my home for sale on a legitimate website only to find out that realtor.com had maliciously without any authorization by the owner fraudulently mis-listed the house as being a single family property when in fact it is a legal multi family 3 unit property and has been so for over thirty years. Further they blatantly had also put a picture of the house on their website without any authorization whatsoever from the owner. This caused a loss to the owner recently of two possible buyers who must have seen this fraudulent unreliable and inaccurate information.
I think these unlawful actions speak for themselves as to the caliber of realtor.com.
I have spent several days sending texts protesting these unlawful acts and also waiting for long periods on their customer service phone line to No Avail.
My rating for realtor.com is a negative zero star rating.
I believe that governmental action should immediately also prohibit realtor.com from indiscriminately publishing to the public their fraudulent property value estimates under the false heading of "property records."

New Beach Home

I love that Realtor updates their site every 15min. This helped when purchasing our beach home almost 200miles away. Our Realtor Debbie O'Donnell from Exit Realtor helped us find our dream home. She is the best!

I was promised an average of 4 leads a month. I received 1 lead every two weeks for 6 months, that's $80 per lead. Tired of paying so much for so little I called to cancel. It was a difficult process which ended in them sending in "the heavy." She was vicious and had no interest in preserving me as a customer and used the opportunity to bully me into one more payment. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY USE THE REALTOR NAME, an organization I have belonged to for years and I expect to have my best interest in mind.

The updated app is so bad I can't stand to use it. I had absolutely no issues with the older version. Who thought this update was an improvement? I am using Zillow now.

The old version of the app was so much easier to navigate, I hate this new version. There is hardly any filters, and it's just a pain to use now. Guess I'll be using Zillow from now on.

I would not recommend them for any home sake or purchase transaction.
Advice: Please have real estate attorney check paperwork and please make sure you receive a home disclosure per your State law. This has become a heart ache for my family. We did not use fraudulent information to obtain a home sold FRAUDULENT WITH NON DISCLOSURE.

THIS SITE WAS WORKING GREAT UNTIL THE LAST BATCH OF CHANGES WHICH ESSENTIALLY REMOVES THE SEARCH FILTERS. NOW ITS FRUSTRATING AND CONSUMES WAY MORE TIME THAN BEFORE THE CHANGES. I FIND I AM HAVING TO SEARCH MULTIPLE SITES TO FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR... IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT IT IS BENEFICIAL TO KEEP UP WITH TECHNOLOGY BUT THIS LAST TRANSITION KIND OF LIKE GOING FROM A MERCEDES TO AN ANTIQUE VW BUG. ITS WAY MORE TROUBLE THAN ITS WORTH. HOPEFULLY ANOTHER SOURCE WILL MAKE ITSELF AVAILABLE.

Traveled over 700 miles to see a house. After arriving I find out the realtor going to show the house has COVID. She referred me to the listing agent. He makes me an appt. An hour before our meeting he tell me he has a contract. On a Sunday. Lol. I reached out the agent I had been working with. She doesn't reachout much. So I begin to deal with listing agent again. He said I could make a counter offer during a certain time frame but I couldn't get anyone associated with realtor. Com to bid. I deleted the app and sulked about my dream hobby house gone.I would never recommend using realtor. Com always use listing agent. He probably would have let me make an offer...
