They they are the most up to date this is not true. Too many of their listings are under contract in option periods. You go through too many just to get to a actual active listing. They need to put the ones that are pending have contracts to the bottom of the list. Your wasting too many people's time looking at ones already taken.
The new format is HORRIBLE! No longer shows if properties are Active or Contingent, which is a very important piece of information when doing a search. Also, no longer shows acreage size in results when in a list. Have to open each listing to see the size of property. Please change everything back!
Realtor.com used to be the site I used to search for houses within certain parameters. Then they overhauled their website and took away all the filters with the note saying the filters are "coming soon." It's been months and months and still no filters. This site is now horrible. Note to management: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If you wanted to "renovate" your website, you should have made sure the filters still worked. You should have kept the old website running until the new one was just as good if not better. This website is almost useless now. I've written the customer service asking when the filters will be running again and not gotten an answer.
The new app looks and operates like a crappy beta from 2003. No idea what they were thinking, but in any case this is an epic fail. The app is a total loss and the mobile website is not much better. I've switched to Estately.com's app. It's not great, but it's a damn sight better than the dumpster fire that is the new Realtor.com app.
If you are an agent, New or Seasoned, do not waste your money. I have been with the since December 2017 paying $600 a month. I have been I in the business for over 15 years and always looking for new ways to get leads... this is NOT it. The leads are horrible! You are not advertised on the website. Zillow is not great either but at least they advertise you are a premiere agent from time to time. I tried to cancel my contract and said that I would still be responsible for the entire year. In my experience that is proof in itself they are hurting; otherwise, why would you be desperate to not allow someone out of their contract with a penalty or something. I do not usually leave reviews because sometimes they can be unfair, but if you are new to the business looking for leads DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
realtor.com is a really bad site. WAY OVER touted as a great search eng. It is the ONLY real estate site that takes an extremely long time to view selected homes and pictures. You must WAIT for ALL the different ads to load before you can view the next picture. It freezes quite often and you need to refresh to continue. Tis is the ONLY real estate site that acts this way on my computer. I have absolutely no problems with Zillow! I only use realtor.com if I have no other choice.
Cindy Zook was the absolute best. She went above and beyond her duties. We found exactly what we wanted and she made it happen. No matter what time day or night she was always willing and eager to help. Her knowledge of properties is priceless and she knows exactly who to send you to if you need help on something whether it's digging a trench or mowing grass. She knows everyone and it pays off. You're great Cindy! Thank you so much and if we ever need anything you'll be the first we call.
Realtor.com was once the go to site to look for a home! But they have changed their site and it doesn't work at all! I think it is going to fail if they don't correct all of the errors! For instance you can no longer pick what you want, fireplace, waterfront, etc... And when you look at a listing it bounces you back to the top instead of taking you where you left off! I have been a loyal customer for decades. I am sad I will have to find a new site to look for homes!
I was in one area and received one lead they told me after 5 days a new area opened up and they would move me they charged for both in the same month. I did get the one charge back however I tried to cancel I had my bank on the line as well and they would not budge. I was told I would be the only realtor for a area and there is a different realtor on each house. There is one house I am on and paying 215.00 a month they told me there were 400 listings I would be on lie. The sales rep. Said I could cancel after 6 months they had no record of that but they did send it to me in writing. This is such a scam I would not recommend to anyone, There are better ways to spend your marketing money. I would give them no stars if it would let me. Very disappointed in this company.
So... where do I begin? Well my home buying journey was very interesting and definitely a learning experience. The one person who made it so easy to stay on the road to success, was my #ROCKINGREALTOR Ms. Beth Trepagnier! She is amazing and nothing short of the best! Not only is her customer service top of the line but she made sure I knew everything about my purchase and always answered all of my millions of questions! I could not have found a better Realtor if I tried. I want to recommend Rock Star Realty for all of your home purchases!
I thought online marketing is the way to go but realtor.com are taking me for a ride. I am getting less 1/4 the lead volume, and the once I am getting are other realtors calling in on their listing or venders trying to sell services.
Additionally they have unethical way of capturing leads as the consumer is thinking that they are reaching out to listing agents and are NOT aware that their information is SOLD to other agents. I am ok if they are open about it on their site and consumer is aware of it.
On top of it they told me that they are keeping the rates the same for poor quality leads and low volume till it start hitting your credit card that you are over paying.
Will update this review as things unfolds.
Why would you promote those "non-me" advertisements? We, as Realtors, do not do In practice what your horrific winner/loser advertisements portray! Talk about sad shameful and BULLY promoting advertising
Horrific.
I am proud to be a Realtor. I am not proud what you have made us out to be.
Disgusting
The info on this site is often outdated and untrue you cannot feel good doing a house search using this site. I am not a realtor I am a private person that has bought and sold 4 homes over past 5 years and this site is worse than ever before
I requested a release from contract, due to a Classic Bait and Switch.
Chase Bray declined.
Bait and Switch is a very bad quality. ESPECIALLY during a Pandemic. People should help people during trialsome times. NOT take advantage of them. He only care for himself.
My experience is Chase Bray is Not Interested in his clients best interests. Beware.
I wanted to have a realtor friend sell my house, but, before I signed, I wanted a second opinion. My family asked that I check Chase Bray out. BOY were they mistaken. Chase has gotten in the way of my family. And now there is a division among us. To the point of a divorce. His involvement has been toxic.
I asked him to exit the contract peacefully. He declined.
He only wanted the contract and has only been asking for quick low ball settlements.
Here is my number I will be glad to elaborate. *******469
It's not very often that I meet a realtor like Stephanie Poynor. Finally an agent that answers her phone, returns calls, text's and emails! In this crazy business it's imperative to communicate quickly and Stephanie is on it! 100 stars to this agent!

Rent It Network
As a Agent, There was a time they were personal with your subscription, but now they are so big they do not monitor what come through on leads. I was just another zip code! I have had vulgar language leads. So
I canceled. They said no I was contracted for a year. I called my credit card company and said do not accept any more billing from them and they were happy to assist. I never signed any contract with them.
Just hit my 100th "lead" that I am buying from Realtor.com for two zip codes. Of these, 91 of the people that I was given have never responded back to me after I made multiple attempts for each one. Of those 91 people, 6 had bogus phone numbers that didn't work and 11 had bogus emails that bounced back. Of the remaining 9 people that I actually spoke with, 4 were already working with a buyers' agent and thought that they were reaching out to the listing agent for more information by going to Realtor.com. And, 3 just wanted to rent. The last 2 people told me that they got so many calls from people claiming to be from the Realtor.com website that they got frustrated with the process and found an agent another way. So far, I've wasted $5,000. No different than taking the money to the backyard and burning it.
Realitor.com does not come close to my home worth. I have 9 acres on waterfront, beautiful 6 foot deep water with 100 ft dock, 20,000 auto boat lift. 2900 sq feet just 10 years old. Realitor list at 289,000 showing last sales price of 70,000. That was land price only. I have had offers at 550,000 but would not sell. Taxes estimate 600,000, so where does this site come up with their price? Worst site on this computer. Check out my home 118 Callis drive Lancaster va *******. Look at view not to mention almost new home. Use Zillow maybe but really just do the smart thing and look at Comps. Plus look at tax records then decide if you would love to live in whatever location you are looking at.
Don't get taken by these boiler room telemarketers! Total wast of money!
99.9% tire kickers who surf the net, think about it, wouldn't a serious buyer already have a Realtor? Can't understand why we give them our information from the MLS anyway.
They will keep your deposit. Do not rent this apartment. 2200 east preserve way. Owner Brian shiu and Realtor Dan Crispino are thieves. Property located at the residences. I'm taking this matter to court.
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
