We're a real estate team that also runs a media company. Youtube, newsletters, etc. I was lookin for a company that had a good CRM and CRUSHED SEO. I tried so many sites that failed to deliver. REW made it happen. 3 months after the move and our traffic is through the roof. Our PPC cost per lead is also down over 50%. I attribute it to the user experience and stickiness of the site. Stoked to be a client. - Ken Pozek
Our team continues to be impressed by the product and quality of support provided by Real Estate Webmasters. REW has worked with us through countless customizations, and has created a beautiful site that is perfect for our brokerage. Aside from the design, the support team is knowledgable + easy to reach, and our amazing account manager is always available + willing to assist. We look forward to seeing what REW comes up with next!
We have been REW clients for many years, and both the products and services continue to exceed our expectations. With multiple websites across several states, and continuous upgrade and option requests, the REW team is so responsive, innovative and willing to take the time to troubleshoot when needed. Highly recommend!
This so Called Customer service oriented company has the worst support organization anywhere. They just don't care about your business. They take days to respond, they work limited hours and while they may give you dates when your needs will be met, they are never on time and based on my experience are typically months late. The owner of this company does not care about his clients. All he cares about is making money and screw the client. When work for our company was constantly late, he told us to take him off of the support thread that HE had started. In addition, you are tied to their platform and you own nothing. When you want to leave you have no website and all the investment you made goes down the toilet.
Develop your own website in the long run it will be cheaper and you will have complete control over it. These guys have a reputation which is undeserved as being good for the real estate industry.
Morgan is a genuine webmaster! A wizard of search engine optimization and performance optimization and will make sure you're on the right track for success. You can rest assured your business is in good hands.
These guys are the worst support organization anywhere. They just don't care about your business. They take days to respond, they work limited hours and while they may give you dates when your needs will be met, they are never on time and based on my experience are typically months late. The tattooed owner of this company does not care about his clients. When work for our company was constantly late, he told us to take him off of the support thread that HE had started. Don't ever use these guys!
BUYER BEWARE. If I could rate in the negative I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company I have purchased anything from. Do not sign a contract with REW. Spencer Dearing is a great salesman but as soon as he gets your money you wont hear from him again, unless hes telling you that what he verbally told you is not part of your contract. These people should be in jail. This is 100% scam. From top to bottom they are only there to get you to sign a contract and pay them for 2 years. As soon as they know they have your money the work slows to a snails pace. I signed a contract in September of 2020, they told me 6 weeks to have the site running and now its July 2021 and I still do not have a site that functions the way Spencer Dearing told me it would when he sold it to me. If you want a $20,000 write off go ahead and sign a contract otherwise run as fast as you can.
Signed up with them and after doing deeper due diligence and reading actual reviews instead of the fake ones they out out decided to cancel, sent written cancellation request 16 hours after signing via docusign (well within their 48 hour cooling off period stated in the contract), sales rep Carley Fay acknowledged reciept and yet they are still sending requests for payment, outstanding balance and now a collections company (MetCredit). This is a truly terrible company. Do yourself a favour and find a company that has your best interests at heart and who wants to help your business succeed as opposed to this one that uses pressure sales tactics to force you into a 3 year contract. Anyone worthwhile in this industry has no need to tie you into such a term as if they provide the service they say they can you won't want to stop using them.
Service is great pre-sign-up, they disappear afterwards. Poor communication, but billing works! I've waited 2 weeks for a response, nothing. They didn't start on time, but ended on time. Crazy.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was told that our new site would take six weeks to complete. Six months later and we still have no site. We are however being charged monthly for the new site. They are awesome until they get your money. Spencer Dearing my account manager is pathetic. Customer service is horrible. No one returns calls or emails. They totally abandon you once you are under contract. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't make the mistake of signing a contract with this company.
This is probably the worst web development company I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is ridiculous. I have spent hours communicating with an account manager who only offers tutorials, tells me to re-design an ugly, poorly navigated website that looks like it was designed by a child (who could probably do better) from the back end, which is not intuitive and includes minimal choices. The IDX links are broken, the maps don't work, they refuse to offer a designer to help, they want to upcharge. Their contracts are for 36 months, which can't be broken, only upgraded and re-started. I rue the day my boss signed up with them. Their CRM and search function work, that's the only good thing, but that could have easily been integrated into another website that looks good. I wouldn't spend one more dollar with this company and will have an attorney review the contract to see how quickly we can get out of this one. It's worth the money for the attorney to no longer have to do business with them. As you can tell I'm horribly frustrated by the lack of customer service and willingness to make things right. I'm too embarrased to share our website URL, because it's a website that is embarrasing. This is a more than UGH review, it's a "I'm thoroughly disgusted review".
I enlisted REW to develop a website for our firm. I knew it was going to cost me a little more with REW, yet as the months (into over a year) went on it was clear they did not have the programming knowledge, and more importantly the ethics. We paid two, three times to rework ideas that were clearly in a mock a certain way. If we said we wanted red, they would do blue, and then charge you for the change. My project manager was only after grabbing more money. Very good at lip service, but NEVER delivered on one single promise. We eventually had to walk way from a very large sum of money after realizing a legal battle with a company not in the US, would be more hassle than it is work (use US base companies!). I would never recommend REW for any type of project on ethical/legal standards alone. If you are going with a template, there MANY other companies out there that do A+ work at a mere fraction of REW. REW lacks experience, and will spend your money to learn how to do something that would take a fraction of the time if their developers were skilled on the lowest levels. REW lacks the ethics, know-how and organization to deliver. You have been warned.
A bad mob like company to be involved with. There upgrades are like protection money so don't think that the first payment to them is your last. Get ready to spend monthly or suffer greatly. Way better ethical companies to get involved with
Always going down with every upload or just to much traffic
And consistency like basic I know for a fact that they are outsourcing to places like India where English is their second language as a website developer hired to fix all of this basic grammar like a, the, this, that, there, in, on to full-blown typos all over every page
I would suggest finding someone like me that can put you on major cms that has constant support and if you're not happy with a developer it's not hard to find someone proficient in said cms
Whereas with rew being somewhat HTML certain HTML elements just won't work including sliders and all sorts of things like sliders and little parts of HTML code that I can get working on all other cms I work on I checked
Just don't do it they are a bunch of scammers paying Indians $5 an hour to do the work and then charge you $100 per hour
Was a customer for over 6 years with REW and spent tens of thousands. Their customer service is horrible and their sales staff are pushy and always trying to lock you deeper into contracts with them. Best move I made was paying out my contract and moving to a different site provider. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GETTING LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!
I have never been treated with such lack of professionalism. I changed brokerages in January, spoke to ONE manager finally April 14th in hopes to change my contact info. Then received ZERO communication, after dozens of calls, messages, emails asking for HELP! While paying $500 a month for nothing! Website had to be off line as it was non compliant (not even the right brokerage). Finally get "a manager" in June to call me and now their response is; we acknowledge the communication issue and we will correct that but you still own us money for every month we didn't provide you any service nor ANY communication. Terrible customer service and willingness to make things right when the customer is clearly right. I would never recommend them and you will get the the worst service and website service you can imagine. I think the only route I have is to go the legal route. Incredibly disappointing and I won't be quite about my experience.
BUYER BEWARE. Do not select them unless you have done your research, one of the worst companies that I ever dealt with. They will sell you a site that you have to build and will up-sell you for basic changes that take several weeks to complete. There SEO service is way over priced with little improvement and no organic leads.
I'd be the first one to write a comment about this company. Century21 transitioned from Where To Live provider to REW we were told at the office this is one of the best company. I am a novice techy guy that can create basic website, can understand basic coding and host website but man this platform is an overhype Wordpress that has limited functionality. I have more function that this company can offer when I used to host my wordpress website, any company like Weebly, Wix, godaddy have better function and user friendly that this company have. And the sad part is it took them more than one year and when it finally rolled out its full of bugs! Come on guys its 2020!
They raise prices and dont offer good service worst web providers we have used. Dont use they peiple if you have any other source
Their web site has NO custom ability what so ever. If you want to change the color of your back ground (HTML 101) That will be 600.00. Want to change your type face? Nope can't do that. Want to imbedded video? Come on its 2019... that's custom!
The site lacks any basic functionality. Its designed for Real Estate Agents with ZERO tech skills. We thought going with the MOST EXPENSIVE solution was going to being us EXPENSIVE results.
Instead, I'm having a wonderful guy in Pakistan, now fix the awful site REW provided us, so we can have the custom website we expected.
Go on Fiverr, and you will find a couple hundred people with more experience who will be more than willing to build you a CUSTOM site.
Answer: Hi Mindy! REW sites typically start around $5k for a technology suite (website, CRM, app) that is powerful and effective right "out of the box". There isn't much work you'll need to do to get any one of our sites ready to go live, and our Support team is always available to help walk you through the steps. If you prefer a hands off approach to your website, you are welcome to purchase SEO services to take care of the content and setup for you. The monthly SaaS pricing depends on your hosting level and the number of users you'll have, so it does vary by individual and team size. Since you do have questions, I recommend getting in touch with your product consultant directly; he or she will be happy to send you an itemized breakdown of your quote and what it includes, and also discuss ROI systems that will help ensure your website pays for itself and makes you extra money!
Answer: Agent locator is the company I went with, I own the 2 star review above and left them after 1.5 years to agent locator. Flexible, won't charge you an arm and a leg, modification costs are reasonable, easy to modify html backend website.
