Incredibly frustrating start up with a rep. That could not get our profile right. Lots of back and forth to get things as basic as typos fixed. I had a total of 6 profile views in 90 days. Even at $75 a quarter (totally affordable) this service failed to perform at all as hyped in the sign up process. Customer service to cancel was also frustrating and rude. There is a 10 day cancellation and I got lectured about missing that deadline by a rude representative who was more focused on telling me I knew about the 10 days than giving me my cancellation date. In the end I had to pay early for the upcoming quarter, just to cancel OR they wanted me to call back in 4 days and pay on the actual due date? Not worth it guys. Spend your money elsewhere.

If you have loads of money and don't care about results - this is the outfit for you. If you MUST sign on with these guys - at least do the following.
1. Set a hard appointment for 60 days from now (this allows you the 30 days of trying you may need to get them to cancel your contract and stay under the 90 day trial period) otherwise your rate WILL DOUBLE.
2. Call their back door number at *******353 and tell the agent you want to cancel (ask for their name first thing). They will explain that they need to get your reasons to put in their records and then open their large book of WHY TO STAY so that they can point to all the traffic your website has gotten and let you know that good results are just around the corner. You need to THINK CAREFULLY ABOUT ALL THE BUSINE$$ YOU HAVE $EEN RU$HING TO YOUR DOOR since you spent money with these guys. RESULTS are $ signs. DO you have any $ that came as a direct or even sideways result of this site - with which to continue? If no real $ then cancellation is a very sensible thing to do.
3. Remind them after the first hour of pleading with you not to cancel - that this is America (or where ever you live) and you have a Right to Cancel.
4. They will send you an email with a cancellation code for you to log onto your website (on their website program) and enter that code. Ask them to STAY ON THE LINE while you do so and please verify that it went through. Follow the prompts and their instructions and when you are done - Say these words - "I am Free!"
5. That's it. You did well.

Lynette Daloney with Fathom Realty is very incompetent and does not know how to answer questions and all she thinks about is her commission check. My husband and I lost 3,000 because of her. Then I was also bound to a 6 month contract. Lynette does not speak up enough for her clients, when something goes wrong.

Between when I ordered this, and when the renewal happened. My bank card got flagged for unauthorized charges. This morning I received a text from "Sue" asking for my card. That wasn't happening because on 11/5/2020 I emailed them to cancel. I told "her" that. She proceeded to tell me that I needed a code, I responded that Sue should of sent me a code and failed. I was then threatened with reporting to 3rd party for claims, etc. I threatened back that I would contact every agent on their site and cost them way more than they cost me and I will file fraud with every agency I can. They then decided to magically cancel me and sent me an email because of the "holidays" not because of my threats. If you look closely their "office" is a storage facility in Hollywood, FL in Broward County. Truly a ZERO STAR, here's why: I signed up in September 2019 for only three months by canceling immediately for the subscription to end in December 2019@$120. However, in January, they continue to charge my card at more than triple the rate to $380. They said I didn't enter a code to cancel? I have an email proving the cancellation. They hit my account again April 30,2020. Two unauthorized charges. They won't refund nor take my info of their site until July 2020. I've now had to get bank involved and cancel my card which I should have done long ago. Not to mention, never a single lead from this company. Are they rip-offs, dishonest, and cheatful? In my opinion, yes the are. I would not recommend RealEstateAgents.com to anyone based off my experience. I hope this post is helpful and saves another agent from the "the thievery", I truly felt I encountered.

Like many on this site I was scammed by this company. There only service is billing. They make it impossible to cancel. Even if you tell them over the phone or in writing. They will tell you anything over the phone. They should be investigated by the state attorney general in Florida and the FTC. They make threats of sending you to collections. They are also hesitant to remove your profile from the site. Total scam. They don't even use their real names a big red flag. Stay away.

They will not let me not let me cancel. They want money before they were canceled after I have called several times to cancel They say I need to use a form to cancel but they refuse to send the form unless I give them money.
Has anyone else had this problem. I canceled credit card but they are threatening to ruin my credit by keep charging me and sending me to collections. I see the reviews and not too fair, the reps are very upfront when you sign up. If you ever want to cancel its super easy right through my log in as long as I give 10 days prior to my billing. I get atleast 3-4 calls a month and that pays for the program and allows me to keep it going. If I need anything all I do id call the office and they assist me. Fellow Realtors be fair this is marketing it may not work for everyone, but it didnt work for me in the first quarter I gave it a chance and my clients are coming in.

This company offers a half price introductory price and say they won't charge without your permission, but that is no true! They charged $270 to our credit card and it is in the written contract that you agree to pay if you don't cancel 10 days in advance. No way to back out or dispute it with your credit card. In 3 months I received "0" business from them. Stay away! This is the worst and I cannot even find myself to see were other people could find me to even Call! Horrible customer service they are liars!

So far can't complain. I chose their elite package and have already had a few calls. If this continues to work out then I will cancel my other programs that aren't. I highly recommend to give it a try.

You will get nothing from them and then they bill you for three months. And when you call to cancel, they tell you you cannot cancel until a few days before your next billing. So I tried to cancel online and it wasnt available. So I did the chat. This person told me that I need to cancel before ten days of the next billing. The first person told me within ten days. When I told the chat person, Janet, that I was told differently, she said I was lying because she listened to the recording. I told her to send it to me (because you have to tell people when they are being recorded) and she wouldn't. "Janet" argued with me profusely about everything I asked for. Save your self the money, the horrible customer service and the nothing that they provide.
