Between when I ordered this, and when the renewal happened. My bank card got flagged for unauthorized charges. This morning I received a text from "Sue" asking for my card. That wasn't happening because on 11/5/2020 I emailed them to cancel. I told "her" that. She proceeded to tell me that I needed a code, I responded that Sue should of sent me a code and failed. I was then threatened with reporting to 3rd party for claims, etc. I threatened back that I would contact every agent on their site and cost them way more than they cost me and I will file fraud with every agency I can. They then decided to magically cancel me and sent me an email because of the "holidays" not because of my threats. If you look closely their "office" is a storage facility in Hollywood, FL in Broward County. I would suggest everyone file a complaint with http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Citizen_Services

Poor customer service, products are advertised as luxury-- but we seriously got head and shoulders shampoo and conditioner in last months box. This was not my serious issue however.

Everything boils down to customer service-- just read all the other reviews-- they are just like my experience
