This company contacted me to offer me their service to get leads for my real estate business for a discount they were offering at the time. I decided to accept the proposal because I was offered several zip codes for a period of time to get clients for a period of a couple of months. They promised me that I would not regret it. I've been around for two months with the membership and I have not received any leads. I call them to cancel and I realize they are using a storage address. Be careful with this company and do not throw away your money. This is a rip off!
This is the worst site I ever came across. They will start charging money for posting your picture on their website. They charged me 6 months in a row and refuse to cancel the membership. What a trash company.
Literally nothing more than a directory listing of real estate agents. Useless service for which they want $49/mo per 3 cities. Showed me a demo of them being on the front page of Bing, Yahoo, and Google when they type in their website name "Real Estate Agent". But it's a lie, because I tried it myself and they aren't on the first page of Yahoo or Google. Listened to his sales pitch for 20 minutes and told him I wasn't interested and hung up. A minute later he sends me a nasty message through my website. What a jerk! Don't deal with these people. And if you look up the address they have listed on their website, it is a storage unit company!
This is a Bait and Switch. They say try it and if does not work you can cancel.
Not 1 Lead. Then they automatically renew you without permission and make it a challenge to cancel. None of the 5 Fax numbers they give you work...
This is a rip off I never received a lead. I canceled after trial and they are still trying to charge me and send to collections.
Save your money. No leads ever. I have a very sick daughter that has become bedridden and have my hands full 24/7/365. I received a very rude letter demanding payment. First of all I never received an invoice and 2nd no voicemail either or email but this demand, short and sweat pay up!. Mmh,something does not sound right with this. Save your money and headache. No one deserves to be treated like this, very unprofessional.
Just when I thought I was immune to any of these scams, I get taken. The schtick is good and the "introductory offer" was little to no exposure. Getting out of the "contract" well that's a whole different story. Fax, mail or courier to 136 NW 4th Avenue, Deerfield Beach Florida... Look it up and you'll see everything you need to see. Stay totally away.
Total waste of money. They have via fax or US postal mail cancellations. They do not honor your email or phone cancellations. This company figured out a way to scam people. These types of companies should be shutdown.
Not one phone call in a year, wasted $945. Called and asked how many visits were made to my selected cities and was told one of my cities received 40 unique visits last month and all of the other were much less. 40... really.
I DONT WRITE REVIEWS BUT I FELT THIS WAS NECESSARY.
STAY AWAY!
DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ONLY EMAIL YOU FOR PAYMENT. NOT ONE LEAD OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE BACK FROM THIS COMPANY.
Not going to waist any energy typing a long review... JUST TRUST ME... DON'T DO IT! We didn't receive ONE lead. It's businesses like this that give internet lead companies a bad name.
Biggest SCAM! Continues to charge my account after numerous request to cancel... NEVER PROVIDED A SERVICE or could prove it. They need to be shut down!
Realtors stay away from this company. They have a horrible cancellation policy. Must be by fax or email, which they do not disclose up from. Biggest rip off every. In my 30 year career I have never used a service that didn't allow you to cancel with a phone call or email. They continue to bill you even after you send in a written cancellation.
Don't waste your time and money! I wish I had read the reviews prior to signing up for their service because I would not have wasted the money! They charged us $45/ month just to put our name in their directory of agents and in 6 months we had not a single lead contact us because they found us listed there. They had our brokerage name spelled wrong on the listing even though we initially spelled it out for them several times, and then several times asked them to fix it. They told us to "just call" and cancel 7 days before the next billing date, and when we called (two weeks in advance), they gave us all kinds of run-around and we had to fax or mail them something in writing, citing it was "notifying them," though they didn't consider a phone call or en email as "notifying them." They quickly ended the phone call because they had other clients to attend to. If I can sign up for an account via email or phone, I should be able to cancel the same way. Lesson learned.
This site is a complete joke. They are just going to scam you out of your money and make you jump through hoops to cancel. I attempted to cancel through email and a month later was charged without hearing a word back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I tried them for a promotional trial period. They bill you quarterly I emailed them to cancel over a year ago as I wasn't getting any leads from it. They continued to bill be but never emailed me to tell me a email or call didn't constitute a cancellation. If you can start a contract via email, you should be able to cancel it the same way. STAY AWAY, ITS A SCAM! Tried to cancel via their fax number which isn't a working number!
I did a trial with them and cancelled because there was no business from their advertising. Also, they want a fax or a mailed letter to cancel. This is 2018 and no one does business like this. I believe they are a scam.
These guys have you sign for your credit card and then re-bill you (which was not discussed.) If you call to cancel they actually REFUSED! Be cautious, they have you activate your account by clicking a button that was their contract, but don't tell you. I've found multiple sites now with them as a scam and hard to work with and BBB reviews gave it an F I finally found. Not good company to do business with.
I dont get calls from clients wasting my time, it is not alot of people reaching out but of the 7 people that have found me on RealEstateAgent.com, I am working with 6 of them, best of all, I am not having to chase people, they are calling me...
Answer: Scam and fraud. They refuse to stop charging my credit card.
Answer: Yep! I saved a bunch if emails and test messages-- I already reported to Florida AG.
Answer: Well I must admit that I had to call twice... but the lady that helped my setup the ad was very friendly and helped me a lot.
Answer: Yes I can. I've only signed up for a few weeks and I've already received a few calls, emails and even direct text messages. Which I think its great, specially since its hard to get real leeds.
