I signed up for a promotion to get leads for 5 areas for $90. This was supposed to be for a quarter only. I got an email that advised me that my account was being charged $225 from the company, but the issue was that they couldn't collect is why they sent me the message. I called immediately due to I thought that they would cancel automatically. I told the rep over the phone that I wanted to cancel my account, and he told me that I would have to fax or mail my request. I sent my cancellation letter the same day. I called 3 days later for the same rep to tell me that he didn't see a letter in their system for a fax from me even though I faxed the letter 5 times due to the system their fax kept coming through as no answer, and their fax finally took after my last 2 tries. I also told the rep again that I wanted to cancel my account and for him to notate it at least, and that I would mail my request then as a certified letter due to their fax machine was not working properly. He then also advised to me that due to I still owed them $225 that they could not send me a cancellation notice until they received my payment which sounded very dumb to me due to I was cancelling to not be charged again. Please avoid this company by any means necessary and do not provide your banking information due to they will do their best to take your money and not cancel your account with them.
