I was not informed at purchase time that there would be significant additional brokerage customs fees to have item brought into Canada. This rarely happens with other online purchases and added quite a lot to the price. International Customers should Be warned prior to purchase

Shipping is always an arm and a leg. I ordered some led bulbs over a month ago, when I first ordered them it said they were in stock. Come to find out they're out of stock after I bought them. It's been over a month and I barely received 2 out of 4.

The compressor I received in the horn kit was defective. Now I'm told the manufacture won't have a replacement until possibly the third week of August. Not exactly how I wanted the shopping experience to continue. I find it difficult for a company that sells several types of horns that a replacement couldn't have been found in the warehouse. Instead They made it go through a warranty procedure with the manufacture and frankly it should've just been replaced instead of making me wait another month.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
