Took over a week for the item to be shipped, meaning for it to actually leave the warehouse. When I called, I was told the item had been out of stock and just came in that morning. What are the chances? Awful convenient if you ask me.
Seems like if something was out of stock, I would have at least been notified when I placed the order.
Very happy. Was a little confused with order coming in separately and thought there was a screw up. I called customer service and they explained the separate drop shipment from west coast. Simple as that. Got the remaining shipment a couple days later. Great people there keep up the good work.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
