Worst experience ever. I purchased two rolls of 10 gauge 25ft black and red wire for a job. The items listed as they were in stock when I placed my order. However it took one month to receive the wire because apparently the items were on back order. I was never notified of why there was a delay until I called customer service. The lady I spoke with reached out to someone in California to see why there was a delay. They told me that I should have my wire by the end of the following week. But the funny thing was as soon as I emailed the company; that same day I got a email notification saying my items were finally in route to me. Its really bad customer service to not notify your customers that their items were delayed, and then finally get around to sending it out a month later when I complained. But the company never offered a apology or any sort of reimbursement for my hassle. I had to buy wire else where to even complete the job I needed this wire for. I will NEVER shop with Raney again, and I will be advising others to stay clear of this business also.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
