I'm very frustrated with the delivery. Take 26days to deliver 3 orders out of 4 orders and still the order 4 is not yet deliver...and you asking me for the customer satisfaction survey. When my orders are not finish.
My order was as I requested. Products were what I expected. Arrived in timely fashion considering weather.
Only comment I can make is I wish I would have been informed my order was coming in 2 separate shipments.

After getting charged for shipping, it was suppose to be free. I had to pay $21 upon delivery for customs just to receive the package. I had no idea just how expensive this experience was going to be I paid over $50 US just to receive the product... very disappointing!

Easy to order and had the items I needed. Also had items that I had looked for previously at other retail stores. The only negative was the shipping was much higher than I expected for such a small package required.
Not good, after I placed my order I kept checking the shipment. After a week and a half still shipment Saturday d pending. So I called and they said the product was out of order and they wouldn't have them for almost 2 months. 3 days after that they messaged me and said they were in so I said yes I still want them. They said we will have them sent out right away. Three days later still no shipment so I again called and inquired about my order and come to find out the paperwork was never even sent to their shipping department for the items to get shipped. It is very unclear if things are a pair or fit both sides...but you said FREE SHIPPING on orders over 75$... wtf! Tempted to cancel this order but it took forever to complete...not even sure of what I'm getting...I've spent lots of money and still dont have the right part! This seat cover almost fit, but not quite all the way on the seat part. The back fits as expected. The reason it gets a 1 star is the material that is used on the bottom of the seat for lacing the seat tightly is extremely thin and stretchy. It will be tearing any day now and it's only been on there 5 days. Also the seat material doesn't allow you to "slide" across the seat as you enter the truck...this further pulls the lacing on the underside of the seat.

At checkout was supposed to have free shipping, would not validate it at checkout. Tried a coupon code, didn't work either. After checkout everything was corrected and shipped as it was supposed to be, very happy with the way everything was handled.

Couldn't access paypal from your site. It stated in the description that the hubs may not fit all 4 point wheels. Of course it would not fit mine as the notches were not exactly equal at the four sites that I needed them. Also your site did not offer any alternative to fit my wheels. Very disappointed.
