I have ordered a tshirt, LED projection headlights, bumper guides, and a weather front for my husband's truck so far and he couldn't be happier with the products. And the shipping is always really fast. I can't wait to order again.
Was not happy with the product. Partly my fault. I selected the correct make and model of truck, and the silhouette of the seat on the webpage looked correct. I would suggest requiring more info at product selection to ensure seat cover is applicable to that model and a disclaimer such as "this seat cover will not work with an air-ride seat". As it was, the bottom did not fit snugly and a bunch of seat controls were covered up. I would not reorder this product in the future.
Raney customer service staff is friendly and cordial. But I wouldn't know this if I wouldn't have had to call them to find out what was going on with my order. Fed Ex tracking said my order was shipped to Wisconsin. I live in California. When I called Raney they said they don't even use Fed Ex. I was given the wrong tracking #. By the time they called me back the next day my order had already been delivered to the proper location. Not sure what happened with all that but I'm happy I received my order.
Raney's makes shopping fun. My drivers look for those little items that personalize their trucks, and with the good prices at Raney's we are able to add fun things to their trucks as well as purchase the essentials at great prices
Seems like a lot to ship to Canada. Is UPS the only way you ship. In the end it cost me around $130 Can. To have this item shipped. About $97 to Canada then UPS in Vancouver wanted another $36 That seems like a lot to me as I have ordered many things from around the world. This one would have to be the highest price for shipping I've ever paid. Not sure why. To have this sent to Mesa Arizona where I will be in the winter then quoted me about $20 Can.
I am not totally happy about 1 parts of my order, this is the chrome plate located above the lights, I have receive 2 plate for the right side in lieu to receive one left and one right. This is hard for me for explain that, my English is not good and the fee of UPS and the other fee for clearance at the border are expensive. I don't know what I must to do concerning that. Sorry again for my English.
Delivery was quick. My Grand General steering wheel cover came to my door in a well padded box and my item was in perfect condition without a scratch. Raney's truck parts is the best place to order truck accessories and parts.
I ordered the chrome spike lug nut covers to put on my bike. Even though I ordered the wrong size I was still able to mod to fit. Quality was good and I will be reordering the correct size for other spots on my bike in the future. Shipped fast too!
My online order included an offer for a free bottle of polish if I entered a code, I believe it was Spring14. I had to wait a while for my order since it came from two different places. I increased the value of my order to be able to utilize the free coupon offer. When I got my order I saw that I was charged for the "free" bottle of polish. I called and the girl on the phone checked with her supervisor and said their system would not allow them to do anything about it. That's the last order they'll get from me.

I am spoiled by the quick delivery time frames with Amazon so anything more than 2 days to receive an order is, while still acceptable, longer than desirable. Also, I received the wrong part however, I believe it is most likely my fault thus, I reordered it with the proper size. I needed the 7/16th Vs 1" tabs on the front axle oil filled hubcaps.

My order was not correct and after a period of time my order was shipped 2 more times. I ordered 2 pieces and received 1 piece. Then I received 2 separate shipments of 1 each. Now I have 3 pieces. So, in every way, the ability to ship the original order with the correct quantity was not met.
Great seat cover, fits nice and snug and does move around when you get in and out of the truck. The material is good quality and doesn't look like a cheap seat cover when it's on. If you need to cover your seat this is the one.
I originally spoke to Scooter,who was really knowledgeable,and super nice,when I finally was able to order,Andrew helped me,and he really went above and beyond what I expected thank you. Totally great experience because of Andrew.
