Overall my experience was great. Had a slight mix up on the Fox shocks i ordered but i got the wrong ones sent back and the correct shocks were shipped out and at my place of business in a timely manner. Other then that i have always had good luck with Raneys and their products and timely shipping and all things ordered arriving on time and correctly the first time.
Just as described, shipped very very fast. Only installed a few days ago but so far so good.
You have an impressive Customer Service department. I expressed a concern when I placed my order about the arrival time and I received a call assuring me my order would arrive in time. It arrived as she stated. I'm very pleased with my order and your customer service. Thank you.
Overall experience was okay. I was only disappointed that I ended up paying more for shipping than I did for the actual part, which was kind of messed up since it was just standard shipping for a small lightweight part. Due to that, I'm not likely to order again unless I'm desperate.
Raneys does a very good job of taking care of issues. When I placed my order everything was great as usual except the coupon code did not work. I emailed them and they applied it to my order on their end. Shipping was fast as usual and the people there really care.
Someone in the shipping dept needs to be more specific when we pay extra to have deliverd to a residential address the final shipping company should be able to deliver it to our place without any hick ups but instead they tried to deliver mine in a 53' trailer without a lift gate so the driver couldnt drop my order off i in turn had to come all the way back home from being out on the road and go get my pick up and a trailer to go to the shipper and pick up my order
Raney's shipped the irised as expected however UPS is one of the worst shipping partner options. I have repeatedly had issues getting packages delivered by them. I will continue to shop Raney's and would request that my purchased not be shipped by UPS.
When it comes to looking for Mack chrome accessories it's hard to find what you're looking for. I should be able to just put in accessories and have pages of stuff come up to view. The scuff panels were ridiculously hard to find.
The horn was to long and could not fit so I returned it and ask the young lady to keep the money for a future purchase, but I see that they returned everything except for $15.00.

It was ok overall. I had no issue with my shopping experience or with anyone I spoke with at customer service. However, I would have rather received both headlights at the same time as the rest of my order, instead of getting one headlight and the bulk of my order a week after being ordered and then the second headlight not being shipped almost 2 weeks after ordered. Then not getting it in until the following week. I had to leave the truck parked for another week and could not use it because it had only one headlight.
The website was easy to use. I don't like the high cost of shipping. I would rather see the product priced higher and an accurate shipping rate rather than an initially low product price and then very high shipping. It makes me feel ripped off.
Well Laid out. I was looking around found what I needed in first minutes. Hung out for a few hours browsing. I was disappointed at the Price I thought there was going to be a pair for that price or I would not have ordered.
I was disappointed that it took a week for the order to ship and another week to arrive. That left our shop tied up for two weeks with a truck sitting waiting to get the exhaust put back under it. I had expected it to take about a week to arrive because of the size of the parts, but was disappointed that it took two full weeks.
Raney's has always been excellent. I have spoken with a human every time I have had a question, and they have followed up, as promised very quickly on parts questions from their suppliers. Very happy with the service and quality I have purchased from them.

I placed an order on the 21st of April and didn't receive it till May 15th. (Not too bad) Once I opened my package I realized the bottom corner of my grill was bent from most likely being dropped and one of the mounting studs was broke off as well. Now I have to fix my brand new grill I spent $480 on... I suggest better packaging. The grill only had tape on it to cover the finish and small styrofoam blocks covering the mounting studs. You need cushion around the outter edges to protect from clumsy delivery drivers...
Great site. Sometimes try to fine things for my 2021 volvo vnl 860 Gen 3. Is complicated. Seems items a scatters all over the site. Would like to type in on search and find all items in the same location.

I was very surprised that there were 3 different delivery dates for all the parts ordered at the same time. The shifter extension showed up first followed by the door handles then the rest of the shifter parts showed up with the steering wheel. Seems a little strange.
