After getting a phone call 2 weeks after I got my part to see what my concerns were with my order. I was impressed that the company would follow up on that. My issue was a delay in shipping which I later found out was customs related and was out of Raneys control.
The fact that they called me to follow up on my order of just a $50 light showed me that they really do care about customer service. Something that is hard to find nowadays.
You guys fixed my concerns and I'll be back for more business soon.

It was on back-order and no one told me

It was on back-order and no one told me. After waiting a week, I called and actually spoke with Alex whom handled the situation professional and concerned. I had the mirror the next week. Great product...just what I ordered.

Purchased chrome exterior door handle trim for 2020 Cascadia first disappointment was didn't come with piece to cover pull handle like ones I got for earlier model. Next went to install doesn't even come close to holding securely with two sided tape will have to apply second pieces of two sided tape to mount securely.
I never took time to do this yet still sitting in my truck.
Next one of center caps wouldn't secure flush to wheel reinstalled a couple times no better didn't last a day in a ditch somewhere!

Took almost 2 weeks to receive items. They came In a box 3 times too big so there was alot of shaking around because of minimal packing material. Price was only worth it if I could had received times in a reasonable time. After 9 days of no contact about my order being shipped I call and the next morning I got an email that my order had been shipped. If I had not called would my order have even been shipped.

Very unhappy with the shipping!

Very unhappy with the shipping! Paid $40+ dollars for shipping charge, UPS delivered & left the package in the pouring down rain, box & contents were completely soaked. This was a Christmas gift, very unhappy customer!

Online site is created well to find parts quickly, quick and easy process of ordering and of course very fast shipping. Knowing that I choose to order not genuine part from peterbilt, wasn't sure what I will receive, but this emblem quality was above expectations. Very high quality made.

Really simple and easy to find the product that you are seeking by using the truck make brake down in the home screen you can see the products specific for your truck without going through page after page trying to find the right item

So far so good, just placed order, will have to wait and see how it go's.
Will be looking for the advertised fit. I received the floor mat and it will take a little work to fit it, but no big deal. The quality on the other hand, I did expect a little better on the quality side for $200.00. It is a bit flimsy, will have to see how it holds up under heavy use.

Took longer than expected to receive order even though shipping would normally be free with the amount I spent. It wouldn't have been an issue if the shipping was waved. When u pay for shipping u expect to receive your order in 1-3 days.

Very easy to navigate website, and good prices.
The front hub caps were excelent, fit nicely, (even tho some of my bolts had only 3/8" left after nut) and look great. They will definatly stay on, as well as the rear hub caps.

For a first experience with Raney's I am not overly impressed. I ordered 3 items and 2 were delivered with no issues. The third I would describe as completely horrible. It took over a month to get the complete order. Raney's made contact with the manufacturer and eventually through Multiple emails and what seemed like countless pictures that were requested from me to send back to manufacturer, It felt like I would have been better off to take a drive to a place that would have had what I wanted. It would have been quicker and I would have known what I was taking home. The joys of internet shopping, this left a bad taste.

I ordered 2 parts, a cb antenna & a spring base

I ordered 2 parts, a cb antenna & a spring base. The spring was shipped in a timely fashion, however the cb antenna did't show up and was on back order. Had I know that not all components where is stock, I would have ordered neither.

I am happy with the product, however I am less than impressed by the consistency of product availability. I have attempted to order the same item several times only to have to order something slightly different. This causes some issue with our BOM for manufacturing processes. Beyond that I have not had any significant issues that cause manufacturing stoppages or delays.

Took a very long time to arrive
December 30, 2019

Took a very long time to arrive. The item did not ship till over a week after placing the order. I called a week after to check on my order, and the operator was not able to tell me if the part had shipped. After waiting on hold for a while the operator said it would ship today. It seems that my part may have been forgotten to ship, or was just sitting there etc.

This company sent the items very quickly once they were available. Which is the reason I rated the speed of the order down. I am not sure if when I ordered these parts that I would have used this company if I had known that they or one of them was out of stock. It was shown at the time of order this was in stock and available.
