When in stock delivery is quick. Ordered a mirror cuz I messed up one. Had to customize the truck a little as it wasn't an exact fit (truck is glider kit) and no one has OEM mirrors. Turned out good enough though.
Box was pretty beat up when I got it. Looks like it was shipped that way..
Received my order, unfortunately 3 out of 36 of the spiked covers didn't fit due to the interior hex seat not being deep enough to seat over the lug nut. So any extras i ordered are not useable as i drive a dual wheel truck an used 32. I order extras as they fall off over time. Will probably be my last time ordering.
Product is as it's supposed to be individually wrapped, double boxed only problem I have is that package came one lug nut cover short. But I had some extra from another set that matched and cleaned it up.
Order came quickly to Canada. Somehow manufacturer put a kw light in one box though. Returned and shipped wrong light again, but zero hassle return process. New light shipped immediately. Overall happy, mistakes happen. They were dealt with appropriately and I'm

Im still waiting on a order from November, that was a 2 weeks lead time, was told i would have it in 2 weeks and still nothing, ignore emails and hold time is an hour plus
Unfortunately raneys subcontractor the shipping out to companies that have no idea what they are doing. Reflects poorly on this company. I will no longer shop here.
They wanted 165 usd to drop my load and threatened to take it back if I didn't pay. Raneys was the one who tried to charge me. Not the shipper. Embarrassing...
Hands down the worst buying experience I've ever experienced. Their listings are misleading/falsified & rather than taking the course of action to make their website listings clear they instead choose to blame the customer & will speak over you when trying to explain your side of things.

Called to verify they had a bumper I need in stock. Agent told me yes they have 1 in stocks in the warehouse. Placed the order. Agent told me it would ship 5 to 10 business days. 10 days passed did not recieve shipment confirmation. Called back customer care # they told me 5 to 10 weeks. So called back the Agent I made the order with. She contacted I guess valley chrome the vendor who told her 5 to 7 business days. On 8th day I contacted Agent again because I did not get a confirmation and I wanted to cancel the order she said okay she will cancel order. That very same evening I recieved confirmation order is shipped. I recieved a tracking# I tried tracking package and it shows at xpo warehouse for the past 7 days. This is order made on 10/27/23 and it is 11/30/23 and I paid $200+ for shipping. In 2023 and service is this bad

Ordered seats for my 2014 Freightliner M2. I selected Freightliner M2 from the options & paid MORE for the correct mounts, which had to be modified to fit in my truck & they sit noticeably higher than the factory seats even with the "low profile" mount. Shipping was fast & fair, the seats are very comfortable!
Love working with you guys always great customers service try to order all my part from you ordered a set of cab and sleeper panels and the passenger side sleeper panel has a crease in it it's not huge but it's notice able no biggy just would like to get ahold of you to get another one is all thank you!

I got my products that are of good quality and as described. One product was missing a piece but after calling customer service they sent out what I was missing right away. Will definitely buy from again.
Raney's customer service is great. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made the search for my parts so much easier than anyone I've used recently. I've order all 3 American flag KW products for my truck with an expectation of shipping 2-3 weeks and received all 3 in a week and a half 2 weeks. The pictures on your site don't do them justice they look so good and I'm really happy with my purchase
My package was completely destroyed. Not sure if any hardware is missing but I have things like this I'm the shop to replace. Not shippers fault for the damage, but is their fault for choosing FedEx in the first place. Packages comes to my business everyday from all carriers. FedEx is by far the worst delivery service available anywhere. Late, damaged, delivery notes ignored.
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
It's nice to be able to get what is ordered quickly! Kudos to the warehouse personnel and order processors! I didn't have to wait a month or longer. I have not had the opportunity to be able to install my rubber shift boot yet, hopefully it works out perfectly. If not I hope returning things will go smoothly.
