We did receive part of our order, the floor mats have not even shipped yet and when we checked on them they said they would be here last week. I just checked on them again and they still haven't shipped
Every part was smooth sailing so far. The things I ordered are Christmas gifts so they haven't been opened yet. I will let you know total satisfaction after everything is installed.

Only one problem now is that Ramey's needs to contact me because they sent too many boxes of the same thing. Customer service said they would contact me back and get a shipping label to me to return the parts. Have not heard a word out of them.
