I was very happy with the product and service but by the time I got my parts to Canada it ended costing me over $300 Canadian.It is very hard to justify paying over double the price to order from the US. Thank you

It is a good site for finding all the cool gadgets for a truck. They ship out the exact product you order and seem to be on top of everything. I recommend this site to anyone looking for cool upgrades to their rig.

It was for my wife of 76 years Birthday and it took you from June 23 to July 15 or 16 to get it here and when we ordered it did not say it would take so long. Then today or yesterday you lowered the price for it.

One of the mud flap hanger mounting brackets didn't fit the hanger that I purchased else where. I also made an order before this one with headlights and a grill when I received my headlights one of them the driver's side was broke on the adjustment screw inside,

Very easy site to move around. I ordered 2 LEDS fog lamps to go along with my new bumper I was bummed after only been installed for 2 days when the LEDS stopped working in one. I called customer service and they are shipping a new one to me now! Great service to go along with the great prices of the products. Will be placing more orders in the near future and I have already sent 4 other guys to the site!

Customer service, technical support lacking. Measured correctly and ordered as directed by the instructions provided by Raney's. Lug covers would not fit. Called customer service and could not rectify the fitment issue. I will be returning these.

Everything was great. If i had to give any negative feed back it would be the lack of providing an expected ship date at the time of ordering, and also a email with a tracking number when it does ship.
I had called Raneys two times. On both occasions, the people i spoke with were very knowledgeable and were able to answer every questions i had.

I had a fitment problem with the product purchased. Raney's made every effort to correct the problem. It is rare in today's world to find a company that contacts their customer to address problems and correct them

I returned the cabinet back a month ago and still havent seen a credit on my account. Called last week spoke to customer service they were gonna check the warehouse and call me back. Still waiting on that phone call.

Website is easy to use when searching for parts by model, make and year. Very helpful when searching for parts on older model trucks. Raney's will also give you a call if there is any question about what you ordered.

All the parts came they are all wrong. I ordered push on lug nut covers and got thread ons. This doesn't work on my rims. After reading the details about return shipping and discovered I would have to pay the shipping back which was $55 I decided I would just order the correct ones from a different store. This was my first time ordering from raneys and unfortunately the last. Shipping was to high and products were incorrect.

The order shipped with YRC Freight. I waited until 3 days after the scheduled delivery day to call them, they said that they don't have any trucks heading to my area within a week. I had to drive an hour and a half to pick up my order at their facility.

If i made mistake with choosing 1" lip over the 7/16", can i make an even swap later? I did make a mistake with lip on front center caps. My # is *******343, or should i call you. All in all, exellent service and great prices

Was happy to receive the ram's head hood ornament, however delivery to Canada took quite a long time. Delivery was also complicated by an additional charge of about $40 for duty and shipping fees that had to be paid before it could be delivered. I had already paid for shipping and duty fees at the time of purchase. This was quite frustrating.
