Raney's Truck Parts

The website had a few issues, but that could have been due to traffic. The parts arrived well packaged, in tact and as described. I haven't had the opportunity to put them on yet, but look forward to it. Thanks and I will be a customer again!

A good one. Easy to find the right shape, then the size, then the length. Logical, but not common on other sites

Not sure which order you are referencing. Just said yes thinking you would identify the part. If it's the exhaust tip, then yes very nice.

Was shipped the wrong product which didn't fit the truck. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to be able to return it. Still haven't heard anything back if they received the return or if they are going to send the right product. We'll see what happens, hopefully they'll do the right thing.

Easy to order, after I got me invoice in the email I noticed a handling charge? What is that for, having to have someone pick it? Pretty cheesy, wont ever buy from there again nor will I recommend anyine to buy form there!

Ordering from Canada was very expensive. With the money conversion and having to pay an extra $44 for taxes and duty it is just not worth it to order from your company but I do love the product and the shopping experience was great!

I was pleasantly surprised when Stephanie contacted me about my poor review of International Mirror Mount Chrome covers. She initiated a warrantly claim and got me a new cover shipped. I was more than pleased.

Your mud flap listings are confusing, Do you sell these by the pair or one as indicated in the listings. You do not answer your phone for clarification. I hope I have no further problems with this order.

Ordered on a Monday, parts showed up on Thursday. This is only the third or fourth time I've ordered from Raney's. They ship quick and the parts fit. I'm happy. Raney's is better than our local "truck guys".

Raney's is simply great. Customer service is amazing and all products so far have been very good quality. The website is also the easiest I have found in Canada and the USA to navigate and find exactly what your looking for

I have emailed Luis Martinez about an issue iv had with both shifter extension and the custom charges. I made one order and ended up paying three different broker fees and on top of that the first extension i got was all banged up and scratched and the replacement I received was worse then the first one. I would love to talk to someone about it.

My first purchase, if shipping goes well and product of good standard will use site again, after product arrived it was of good quality, the floor mats fiited about 95% of what I expected there were a couple of areas where it was not quite right

Guys are on the "ball" at Ranys, I enjoy visiting your website just to stay abreast of the latest products etc. I've installed the rain visor and I honestly thought it would do a better job than it seems to do. Water still puddles on windows. I'll just have to do as I have for the past 48 years. Be extra careful and stop and clean windows as often as needed. They do look "good" on the truck though.

It was the wrong part, what can I say. The shipping time was below average but I would not have minded if the part was the correct item. Very busy right now, might check into returning the part, but most likely I'm out $100.00. Called a Freightliner dealer instead, got me the correct part next day ground for 40% less. Lesson learned.

I actually wanted to cancel the order in less than 12 hours after placing it but was informed it had already shipped. I wasn't terribly pleased with that, but I can't fault them for being on the ball with the delivery time. My purchase was well-packed and delivered when promised and the customer service rep with whom I spoke was very nice.

Very easy to order i just hope it's quick to get here. Lol thank you. I know times is rough right now. But i'm in a hurry to get this so I can get back to work. How long do you think it will take to get to me? Or should i get a cheap one somewhere now till gets here.
