I ordered on 11-18 2 steering wheel adapters (same part number) which they had in stock and got one that was correct one that was wrong (color). Called in twice (last time was 5 days ago) and was told it could take 4-6 days before anyone would reach out through email to resolve the issue. This is crazy no customer service when they screwed up. Now we didn't have the part we needed when the truck was available to work on it.

My experience with Randy's has always been a good one. Just my opinion had great luck with finding the limited chrome parts that are Available for Mack truck's. Accurate and fast shipping is what I experienced. I'll continue to do business with them.

I got my products that are of good quality and as described. One product was missing a piece but after calling customer service they sent out what I was missing right away. Will definitely buy from again.

I had trouble finding a 4 inch combination pedestal marker and turn signal for below my bumper corners. Emilie helped me find just the right one that works on both sides if it is a marker or turn. A lot of the China scrap stuff doesn't light up both sides. And, the LED bulbs seemed dimmer. Emilie called the manufacturer and had an answer back to me in less than 15 minutes. Great service. I am a repeat customer.

Order came quickly to Canada. Somehow manufacturer put a kw light in one box though. Returned and shipped wrong light again, but zero hassle return process. New light shipped immediately. Overall happy, mistakes happen. They were dealt with appropriately and I'm
Super happy with customer service and the lights are sweet.

Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter

Raney's customer service is great. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made the search for my parts so much easier than anyone I've used recently.
