Absolutely useless! What's more is they really couldn't give a toss about you, your money, your order or what is now your problem.
We ordered a product from Ralph Lauren on the 27th November and here we are still filling out forms with UPS (who also have no time or concerns for what is now your problem) on the 27th December.
Surely it should be RL taking this poor service up with UPS? Not us! We have recieved no refund or product.
Absolutely nobody gives a toss about it.
Steer clear of both RL AND UPS as neither of them are capable of organising a drunken soiree in pup.
I bought Ralph Lauren sweat pants thinking i would get good quality sweat pants for $125.00. The issue is the pants have a horrible design not thoroughly designed, causing everything to fall out of your pocket 100% of the time you sit down. The pockets open to the side and do not hold anything in them. Had simulator issues with $200 sunglasses which are cheap, flimsy, scratch easily, and both hinges had both screws come loose. For the price its although im paying full price for 1/10 of product. It makes no sense to design products so thoughtlessly.
This company gives 0 $#*!s to its customers, the return I made by Nov 28 still hasn't been refunded yet, and non of their CS want to help. They have indifferent attitudes and their return policy is not fair for Paypal users. This is a boomer company still making boomer style clothes, which has not caught up to the customer-centric mindset of a modern fashion company. AVOID your pain, I am still waiting for my dollars to be returned to me!
The new ones are thin and sloppily made. No quality at all. I'm a clothes expert. My last 3 visits I bought zero. The smalls are to big for me. I'm 5 7.5 and 160. The t shirts last less then 9 Mos and cost a fortune. Close em down. They no longer have any quality. None. Goodbye pole.
I bought a winter hat from Ralph Lauren in October 2021 through Next but did not wear it until this winter. I wore it 3 times before the bobble on the hat fell apart. I contacted Ralph Lauren who advised me to contact Next. I do not feel that this is the fault of Next as it is not their product. Will not be buying from them again
I bought a pair of men's shoes in my size, and they are too small. Also, the instep has huge wrinkle inside. Customer service gave me a return slip and after waiting a month they returned the exact same shoes without explanation. So much for the 30-day return policy.
I order two pairs of sneakers last week i received it after 3 days.One pair is perfect and is size 13.the other pair which is size 8 is used.I call customer service the same day and I explained to her issue she told me don't worry we are going to send you a new one and am going to email you a return label just sent the other one I wait a week nothing I call again she never place the my order.Now they cannot do nothing they just as to give a refund because they don't have my size first of all why you sent me a used dirty pair of sneakers instead of a new one that I order.Shame on you.By the way my order number is *******583.
I love clothes from this brand. Initially thought to be an attire for golf players, ralph lauren has expanded its influence so much, nowadays many people around the globe wear their polos.
Sincerely speaking, not only polos are of high quality, but sweatshirts and hoodies as well. Plus the price doesn't bite much, actually. There is clothes both from the mid-segment and luxurious one.
Have been a fan of polo for many years. Recently I purchased 3 v-neck shirts and 3 pair of shorts from a polo store in Vegas. The shirts are not v-neck after you wash them, just look like an out of shape crew neck. The shorts are very wrinkled right out of the dryer. Won't purchase Polo again.
I Was not happy with the return policy. Attempted to do an exchange for a smaller size and was not able to due to the payment method. I shot with Ralph Lauren quite often and for me not to be able to do an exchange was very disappointing. The representative stated to me that I would have to do a return and then make the purchase all over again. I asked, would I still be able to get the same discount And the representative stated that I would not be able to get the same discount that I got originally.
So make sure you know your right size because Ralph Lauren will not make it easy for you to do an exchange.
They send you a coupon saying it's a token of their appreciation for your having purchased something. When you return to the store to purchase something using the reward coupon, they tell you it's not valid for another two weeks...Scam Artists!
Bought a bunch of polos. One was manufactured over two years ago! Of course it faded and shrank like crazy after just one wash. Quality control is clearly absent now at Ralph Lauren.
I have purchased RL clothing for 40 years. I shop the sales, bc it is otherwise expensive. Bargains can be found. The clothes are consistent in high quality and sizing. They always ship in boxes and returns are painless. Service is first rate. Ordering directly from RL avoids imitations. Still my go to brand for casual to sharp dress.
I have bought online (South African Polo clothing) on sale dress paid for it, but couple days later found out that order was cancelled however money gone from my account. I have contacted them whole month there is no response no refund. I don't know what to do.
Tried to return a shirt that was the wrong size after the" 30 day policy" (my fault I didn't read the small print) Still in plastic bag and original box had not even been taken out of box They would refund or even exchange for a different size such a horrible policy for a store with expensive items! Will never buy from them again!
40 year plus customer who collects Polo men's shirts and sweaters. I think the pima cotton sweaters are spectacular EXCEPT for this year's additions.
Never have I seen such poor quality from Ralph Lauren. The material and workmanship from China is terrible. Extremely thin cotton was used... friends who compared this year to last say that the material is at least 50% thinner, doesn't hang well as it wrinkles and loses shape.
What a waste of money on a product that usually is first rate.
And the company, when contacted, sent only a standard form reply.

I can not live with a 30 day on line return policy, so I will no longer be buying from them. They only say their return policy on their website which they can change at any time, so take a screen print of the return policy when you order. Their quality has gone down hill. Soft Polos used to be long with a heavier fabric than today. I could just buy a large and it was long enough for my 6' 1" husband, not anymore. The neck trim on the t-shirt curl up after you wash them so badly that they cannot be ironed to look normal. They shorted the rise on their pants so I returned those. Ralph Lauren used to be my favorite brand, not any more. The majority of the reviews on their website were people who got the item for free.
Lots of issues with shipping on the orders or quality items. The customer service never answers their emails so do not even bother. By the time you reach them, the item you want is usually out of stock, so pick up the phone right away and insist. The best "solution" I have ever been offered was a refund, still having to ship back the wrong item received for which they did not even offer a home pick up, and a meager $20 gift card. Usually, throughout my many problematic orders with them, there were no gift cards given out even when the mistake was theirs and I could not get the item I selected (out of stock) because of their incompetence. I do not understand how the company is still alive. I am definitely looking for a new online retailer to shop at.
Ordered a few items online during sale. They sent wrong sizes, contacted them explaining the situation (attaching photos of the wrong items) and asking them to rectify the situation. They didn't even apologise only said you can send back for refund which would take around 10 days. Emailed again and never got a response. I will never buy anything from them again. Their service is horrible.
I tried placing an order on their website and tried several cards and all got declined. After spending hours on the phone with customer service, they claimed that the issue was with their third-party processing system, which they have no access to, and told us we will not be able to order anything from their website. This is beyond inconvenient and frankly, they lost me and all my family members as customers. If they do not know how to access their incompetent third-party system, then they are doing a lousy job of managing their own website.
Answer: I wrote a letter following their directions exactly and they sent back my item and said they couldn't find my account even though I explicitly said the item was a gift. I would never order from them and hope I never receive a gift from them again. I don't think it's a a scam I just think they suck. Try the BBB and/or the International Trade Commission. I just gave my stupid scarf to Goodwill.
