I had unlimited searches under Whitepages/premium for around $9.95 a month going back 7 years. Then I lost my email account and needed to update the email. The account went unpaid due to an expired credit card and the messages were going to the defunct email. So when they shut me off completely and I tried to get it straightened out they would not reinstate my old plan and said I had to go with the new plan. I got a deal on a different people search software that gives a lot more information.

I have purchase a few items from Real Real. They were all delivered in a reasonable amount of time and in the condition they said they would be in. No surprises. Most of things I would not have purchased if I had to pay the full retail. Great to look for things you have always wanted, but could not afford them.

I can not live with a 30 day on line return policy, so I will no longer be buying from them. They only say their return policy on their website which they can change at any time, so take a screen print of the return policy when you order. Their quality has gone down hill. Soft Polos used to be long with a heavier fabric than today. I could just buy a large and it was long enough for my 6' 1" husband, not anymore. The neck trim on the t-shirt curl up after you wash them so badly that they cannot be ironed to look normal. They shorted the rise on their pants so I returned those. Ralph Lauren used to be my favorite brand, not any more. The majority of the reviews on their website were people who got the item for free.

Sometimes there is an expensive product that should solve your problem, but if it does not work, you have spent all of that money for nothing. So Hammacher Schlemmer solves that issue as they refund your money if you are not happy with the product. I did return an item and received a refund without any problem. I have also purchased a lot of products from them that have worked well. The shipping is expensive with no free shipping for larger orders.

It gets really confusing and wasteful to have multiple boxes received over time. I would rather have one box with everything ordered. Also, I am really picky about what I buy, so sometimes Amazon reviews indicate that what was received was different than what was pictured. They also take a long time to receive the items when you get free shipping, not the case with Walmart.com. If you want a book quicker, Barnes and Noble.com for a small delivery charge.

Wal-Mart has come a long way in its on line delivery. A year or two ago it was a box for almost each item received over weeks coming from the parent company location. They are now committing to two day delivery. I ordered 10PM July 25 and received one big box today, July 28, from a state next door containing everything I ordered. It was fairly well packed with some filler added. Everything was received in good order! The website lets you pick from things you previously ordered which saves time. I found a few different brands of items which had better reviews than the brand I bought in the past. I did not shop at the Wal-Mart store as much as they don't have the selection that Walmart.com has.

Quality merchandise and reasonable prices are why I have been shopping there for decades. Their sales people are always pleasant and accomodating.

I really appreciate a good return policy as a busy working mom I cannot always return things in 30 or 90 days. They have a wide choice of colors for towels at good prices.

Good quality clothes at reasonable prices. A good guarantee on what they sell. I had a hard time finding dress socks for my husband in the color that I needed and Lands' End had just what I needed.

I really appreciate being able to shop on Home Depot.com that has 25 different configurations on Delta Breez bathroom fans and even a Delta Tub Spout in an unusual size that no one else could supply! I got the Home Depot credit card to give me a year to return purchases to them instead of 90 days. Sometimes projects get delayed due to the contractor's schedule and you never truly know something is going to work until the contractor installs it. So 90 days isn't always enough. With their credit card, they also gave a number of months to pay without interest. And last but not least, they carry the brand of Behr Marqee paint which carries a top rating by an independent consumer magazine.

When I spend the time to sign in and write a review and it does not go through, I stop wasting my time doing more reviews for them.

I was reviewing another company on YELP. I think it is extremely important for people not to sign up for a course on line, because the on line payment page is not secure. Yelp removed it saying it does not comply with their guidelines. So how many people will get identity theft because of YELP removing the review?
