Last time I bought $184 on GNC online. I entered this website from Ebates, which will give me 5% cash back. After one week, I didn't receive the cash back. So I just send an email to Ebates. The customer care officer of Ebates is so kind that even they have not receive the final confimation from GNC, they still add the cash back to my account after I provide the purchase information and order number. It relief my worry about this cash back. This experience is really nice when using Ebates.

I ordered a computer from the bestbuy.com site that was fulfilled by buy.com/Rakuten. The product was shipped quickly, but when it arrived it had specs significantly inferior to what I ordered. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service who ultimately concluded that the specifications listed online were a "mistake". Given that a less knowledgable customer would not likely have realized they didn't receive what they paid for my conclusion is that this was a scam.

We had an issue with our Ebates account that was seemingly complex. Because of that, we contacted Ebates via email. Sure, it took a couple of days for them to initially respond, but the quality level of dedicated, personalized service that was offered to us in regards to the issue was extraordinary! Rachel went out of her to ensure that the problem was taken care of, and better yet, she explained to us via frequent communications what was going on with our account. This type of service is not customary for large companies, small companies, or any company anymore. Yet, Ebates and Rachel exceeded the expectations in a remarkable way!

Ebates rocks! I was hesitant at first to part with information and shopping habits, but the whole process is safe and effortless. If you install the toolbar add-on, it is even simpler. I had changed my address and forgot to tell them. I contacted them (easily and with quick response), and customer service re-issued a check to my new address... with no hassle. Such a great experience overall. I love getting the "Big Fat Checks" as well, even though my dividends have only amounted to $50 over the past 18 months. Hey, better than nothing, right?

For whatever reason, one of the ebates did not post to my account. I was worried that I would just lose out on this credit. When I alerted ebates about this, however, they were very quick in correcting the situation, and immediately posted a credit to my account, even before the Store that I had purchased the merchandise from had posted it. They were extremely helpful and very nice about assisting me with my problem. Thank you eBates! Krystal was wonderful and quickly credited my account.

Customer services replied to every question I had quickly and accurately. They were very kind and helpful! I only wish there was a phone service but that helped me amazingly the way they were.

Incredibly customer-friendly experience. Ebates' customer service representative was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. My issue was handled quickly and efficiently... I wish all customer care departments would use Ebates as model for dealing with consumer concerns. Great Job!
