I have been using ebates for about a year and it has been nothing but EASY! I love it! Today I need a little assistance so I contacted customer service by email and received an immediate response and resolution. Thank you ebates!

Ebates, and the crew of hard working agents that make up the company, seem heaven sent. The fact that my cash back will be deposited directly into my Paypal.com account is just like the cherry on top of the ice cream sundae. If you are like me, and many other consumers, I carry out nearly all of my shopping on line. Ebates, in some ways, is like having my birthday every three months with a quarterly deposit into my Paypal.com account. It's money that I would not otherwise receive back. The more money I get back, the more I can go online and spend and the farther my hard earned dollar will go. Also, I learn about stores and the items that they carry that I would not otherwise have heard about. A great way of advertising too.

My local post office has somehow managed to screw up my mail the past few weeks, which happened to be the week my ebates cash back check was mailed. One email to ebates support & 30 mins later it was all resolved! They even informed me I had a check from a year ago that had not been cashed either, which I had no idea. They sent both checks with the next month's check. Could not have gone smoother! Another reason to love ebates!

Ebates would be a 5 star all around if only you didn't have to always chase them for your money! I shop online on a regular basis I constantly have to ask "where's my cash back" You would think they would have an updated system that would enable them to follow up on outstanding cash for their customers! I just went back 3 months in my history to find almost $25 is owed me who knows what other $$ i missed in the past, its funny how it's slowly appearing in my account once I requested it which makes me wonder if Ebates is trying to pull the wool over some consumers eyes to keep the $$. My point is I shouldn't have to chase them, if I didn't inquire I probably would never get any of my money! On the other hand customer service is quick!

I ordered a bathtub diverter faucet that was of high quality 100% metal construction. I paid $54. Instead of the high quality faucet that I ordered these low lifers sent me an inferior brand faucet that I see from looking online goes for $30.It is cheaply made with plastic parts instead of metal. It would cost me $14 shipping and handling to send the damn thing back to the seller plus they charge a 20% restocking fee. Rakuten is a scam company. I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I ordered from them. Don't order from this company or you will get screwed. They will send you a cheaper/used/damaged version of what you wanted. They are very clever thieves and know just how much to screw someone so they cant get in trouble and so it would be more hassle to the customer than it's worth dealing with those swindlers trying to get their money back.

Ebates is trying to get more people by offering $25 for each friend.
I have referred three friends but now Ebates is refusing to send me a check.
Send them multiple emails. Did not get a response for two weeks. Finally got a response saying that they refuse to issue a check.
This is complete waist of time.
Use your credit card offers like Discover, which is more reliable than Ebates.
I would recommend to stay away from Ebates. There are much better ways to save money.

Why they sent me a CORRUPTED cd copy and did not refund me? Anyway why they did send me a corrupted copy at all! Why? This is illegal.

Rakuten I contacted you and you rejected all the requests. Shame on you! Thieves.

They have on amazon a 95% rate of satisfaction which is actually a LOW rate! Watch out.

I have nothing but good things to say about ebates. This is the only cash back site I use. It is simple and to the point. They have great deals and I appreciate how often they update deals or give bonus cash back. If there is ever an instance where my activity doesn't load or is incorrect, they fix it ASAP. All interactions with customer service have been excellent. I will continue to use Ebates as well as share it with my friends and family!
