Ebates is excellent for a little additional saving. However, you have to be on top of your orders because they tend to miss some cash backs once in a while.
The customer service is excellent and super fast which is really rare these days.
Some companies don't even get back to you!
Over all I'm happy with Ebates and will continue using them.

Being retired and on a fixed income I save where I can. Since I don't drive I get most items online. Amazing how between ebay bucks, ebates and other online retail % off savings can add up. Customer service is excellent. God bless you! Jesus is our hope for the future!

Just love Ebates. I use it everytime I purchase anything online and make cash doing it! When ever there is an issue I need help with, the Ebates team handles it right away.

I forgot to go through ebates when I made a purchase at Target and when I contacted ebates customer service I got a very quick response. They were able to make a "one-time" adjustment and it was much appreciated.

Get money back on just about everything you order online. It's as simple as clicking a button and it adds up so quickly. You are going to buy the items anyway, why not get cash back?

If you shop online, you must try this site... ebates.com. Not only do they give you coupons for all popular stores, you got cash rebate (via check) quarterly. No spam, no worry! Have used it for 3 years! It's great

I had an issue receiving a rebate from a site I had placed an order with. Even though it was totally my fault, and not an ebates issue, they were great with helping me. Totally professional and willing to go above and beyond to try to solve the issue. This is why I have been an ebates user for almost 15 years!

You have to chase after your purchases. Sometimes the cash back is so small that it`s not even worth your time. Ebates misses a lot of purchases, and you don`t end up getting your money back from them. Waste of time!

I have had an excellent experience ever since I've joined Ebates. Every shopping trip has been great! The few times that my account did not reflect cash back that I had earned, the customer service team was friendly, fast, and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about Ebates and their team.

I had a question about when a check was received so I submitted my question and got an answer back in a few hours. They were so quick and helpful!

I forgot to go through Ebates when I place an order at Ulta. I could have kicked myself when I realized what I had done! I contacted Ebates Customer Service and explained what happened. I asked if I could still get the credit. I figured the worst was that they would say no. They responded, almost immediately, and gave me the credit as a one time courtesy. That's what I call great Customer Service!

After closing an email account I needed to have my email address updated -- I sent a nice to customer care, they responded that evening and my email address updated early the next day -- best response I've see from an online vendor!

Upon signing up for Ebates I expected a $10 kohls gift card after making my first purchase, as it turns out the promotion expired before I acted on it. BUT after contacting customer care they graciously explained the issue and as courtesy will be sending me a $10 kohl a gift card anyway! I have earned at least $15 additionally through my purchases that I was planning to make anyway. So far I'm loving Ebates!
