Yes I'm totally lost not sure if its real i referred people never got the money they promised, and there is not a contact number

I have been using eBates for about 3 years now and I have earned over $300! I love that I get money for things that I'M GOING TO BUY ANYWAY! They have the best customer service and quick responses. I recommend EVERYBODY tries eBates!

I had 2 different inquiries in one day. One regarding a purchase not counted and one regarding a referral not counting, She promptly added my credit for my purchase, (WITHIN LIKE 5 MINUTES). AWESOME. And by the next day my referral friend was added. Prompt courteous and more than helpful <3

Ebates is absolutely amazing. They are always there to support and help me. I got cash back for all the purchases I made.

Would just like to let you know that I am very pleased with the quick response on 2 purchases I made through Ebates.
I inquired about both orders placed with QVC and as soon as I made the inquiries with proof of purchase my cash back was added to my account. It is a pleasure doing business with your company.

Watched my friend who nothing about ebates click my referral only to be told not eledgable, probably just a scam so they can spam others with advertising for your site tricking you to enter peoples you know email accounts so they can further their own business with no reward to you.

My rewards weren't going through and I was about to give up on ever using ebates again, but then amazing worker took time to pursue things until she finally made it happen. I will use ebates again.

I was having difficulties entering my address into my account so the rebate check could be sent. I sent an email to Customer Care and assumed I either wouldn't hear back or would be provided with the directions I already had from the website. Instead, I heard back almost immediately from Rob who was polite and friendly and fixed my problem himself in a jiffy. Awesome service! Thanks so much!

I just wanted to warn anyone who maybe consider to become a seller on Rakuten... DON'T!
Their customer service support system is extremely unsatisfactory. They do not have a contact tel number nor a chat and the only way to communicate with them is through email. Majority of the emails they reply the day after. So, everything you do is on hold until you get an answer from them!

I just signed up with EBATES and tested it out with a small purchase on eBay - got my "Cash Back" posted the next day! I had a question on my 2nd purchase, and EBATES Customer Service Dept responded immediately - Krystal was very prompt in helping to resolve my issue. If you do a lot of online shopping, you should consider signing up for EBATES & earn Cash Back on all eligible purchases.

Allishia at Ebates worked for hours trying to fix my technical issues and re instate my purchases from Home Depot & HSN. Ebates were very patient & kind.

The process seems to be crediting "ebates" more quickly, and communicating with the customer so they know they have posted.

The new automatic sign on to e bates is awesome. I would often forget to use it, even though I had a post-it-note with EBATES on it on my desk, I often overlooked it. Now I don't miss my rebate. I love it. Thanks for this new feature.

I purchased a flight to Italy and I was under the impression I would get back 7% it was not the fact. It was 1.50 not happy I didn't read the fine print an felt like I was miss led. Then they said I'd get a check 11-15-2015. Just checked again now its changed to 2-2016. I wrote them And I won't do business with them again. Karen Hurd
