For some reason I've had an issues with Marriott not giving the cash back for ebates. I had several recent and large purchases with them, and the cash back was not posting. I provided ebates with all the information... and waited several months. Ebates made good on their promise and paid me all the cashback per my purchases. I trust that they do all they can to give cash back to their customers when purchases are made.
I was trying to track down wayward cash rebates, and CSR Mark went above and beyond what's reasonable to be sure I was credited for purchases made, for some that perhaps were not applicable, and to be sure I had all the information necessary to be a better shopper in the future. Incredibly impressed with Mark.
I've only had a couple of issues with not getting my cash back and Ebates provided the best and fastest customer service! It's so nice in todays hectic world to have a company take the time to care. Thank You!
I've never had a company respond to my email inquiry request as fast as ebates. They have fantastic customer service and my request for my daughter to get her referral money for me joining ebates as she had not received it for whatever reason was resolved with a few answered questions. Thank you for your promptness and efficientness.

I recently purchased my first Ukulele from Rakuten, and as always, I searched for best deal online. I never shopped from this place before, but I didn't think it would be this bad!
They advertised for Ukulele, case, tuner, beginner's book. And all I received was the Ukulele and the case. Of course, I paid few more bucks for this package, or I would have gotten just the Ukulele with the case.
So I called the customer service, and they didn't even bother to take my information and said ok we will ship you the rest of the product. So I asked, how do you know where to send the goods? And the rep keeps saying, I know it from the phone number you called from. So I trusted the guy, and a month later, nothing!
False advertising and lying straight to customers... ridiculous..
I got a response to my question with in 10 minutes and it was settled.
Ebates is incredible. I am in awe of the money I get back using their site. I love to shop on line and going through Ebates makes me want to spend more. 10 out of 10.
I'm not very computer savvy and I don't know how to do a lot of things so when I was placing an order with Amazon I forgot to go through Ebates.com first and afterward I thought I'd missed out on my rebate but when I contacted the customer service department they were very helpful and kind. When a person is disabled they appreciate any little savings they can get, so I a big thanks to the helpful customer service staff at Ebates.com!

The customer service is horrible. I placed an order on a travel bag and they refunded me the order 5 days after they received the payment and they cancelled my bag. I needed this bag by the week the order was cancelled. Now i have to wait another 10 days to receive my bag
One of the few times I actually use ebates to make a big purchase I never received my cash back really disappointed! Honestly think this is pointless. You can't even reach anyone other then sending in an email.
I have been using ebates for some time and honestly, when I shop online, I tend to forget to go through ebates, but lately I have been using them ALOT! I had a couple problems with stores not sending my info to them, but ebates fixed it and fast! They also gave me suggestions as to why they weren't showing and one of them fixed my problem. (ad block) They were so fast and courteous! Especially now during the Holiday shopping season!
Contacted customer service regarding missing cash back. They responded very quickly and fixed it very quickly. Love Ebates.
