I had ordered some items from a site on e-bates e-mail and I didn't order it the way I should had... I contacted ebates customer service and told them what I had did. And they solved the problem within 30 minutes... they answered my e-mail right away and not only did they give me the money I had earned with my order... but also gave my friend 25.00 for asking me to sign up... I definately will be ordering more things off ebates... and earning money back

They don't pay welcome bonus as was promised at the time of registration. First of all, I received a confirmation the full check was sent out to me, but in a while received a check $30 less, now they ignore me and don't answer to my messages

This is the best deal in the world! Why would anyone turn this down? Money back from your fave sites and you don't even ha e to file separate papers! Just unbelievably easy! I try. To shop only at stores that. Give me back money with ebates. And the other programs that have sprouted up? They are. Awful! You don't get cash back at all! With ebates you get money back! Not just some credit and junk like that! Cold hard cash! I don't shop at a store unless they. Also support ebates returns. G Josh I love this! And if you. Don't even bother joining Rakuten. Its a complete waste of time. I made numerous purchases with them but most of the rebates I should have received don't even show up. Then when I send an email and ask "Where's my Rebate"? I get the same runaround about how to properly make the purchase. I have followed these every time but still don't see the rebates. They tell me I have to fill out a form and take even more time to see a little reward that Rakuten promises. For all these hassles of having the go to their website, then find the store you want to shop at, then click on another link and wait. Then most likely don't even see a reward. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME. EBATES was much better.

Ebates is an excellent and a very customer friendly company. I was missing some money from a few missing shopping trips, but with the help of Danielle, she found them all and gave me my money. She was very prompt and helpful! I am glad she was able to help me. She is a true asset to their company! I will definitely always shop through them. With the coupons and cash back deals, you simply can't beat it. I just wish I started shopping with them sooner!

Ebates has phenomenal customer service! It's easy to know if they've received my email, and then they respond with a real person.
Alexis responded to my various inquiries over the Christmas holiday and followed through over the Christmas holiday.
I was hesitant to use Ebates because it seemed like a distant strange almost unnecessary website, but the customer service and the cash back was almost too easy to receive and to track! Thank you!

I have had a few issues, Wethersfield it be through a mistake of my own, the website, or someone I referred, when I have sent an email I not only get a response quickly, but the issues are handled promptly and not with why the mistake what's the problem. It is here you go we followed up and they are taken care of without all the hype. The customer service employees very rarely hear the good. But I give Thanks after Thanksgiving how well you handle issues. Your great

They're great about crediting you small amounts, but anything over a couple of dollars is likely to get lost ("the vendor didn't report your purchase" is the usual claim) and then you have to send them proof of purchase, and obtw it has to be exactly to their specifications. They have "special offers" where you're supposed to get larger-than-normal rebates but you better screen shot them otherwise when they DO end up crediting you it will be for the base amount.

I cannot say enough about the quick and helpful response I received from Alexis at Ebates customer service. I had an issue with my check being lost and within 24 hours the problem was resolved with no hassle what so ever. On other occasions I have asked about missing credits and again- credit was given within hours no hassles! Thank you Ebates for being such a great company to deal with! I have recommended your site to all my shopaholic friends!

I signed up with Ebates almost 2 years ago, and my ONLY regret is that I didn't do it sooner. With the Ebates button on my web browser, I can activate an Ebates "shopping trip" with one click. The button displays a green border to show it's been activated. That's it. After I've finished shopping and paid for my merchandise, Ebates sends an email telling me what my rebate amount will be. I get a check once a quarter - a bonus rebate on things I was buying anyway. Customer service is fabulous; the staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased with this service. And I *love* the Daily Doubles - some merchants increase their rebates by double or sometimes more. By careful planning, I've been able to save money through Ebates' alerting me to coupons and sales, and I get money back in the form of a rebate check each quarter. I highly recommend Ebates to all my family and friends.

I shop ebates.com at least 3 times a week. Always looking up to see if they give rebates for a certain store. If I don't buy enough to get free shipping, I will order through ebates.com and pick up at the store. Example: Walmart, Lowes, Sears etc. Sometimes it is only 1% payback but it all adds up. When I needed a new chair for my TV room, went to a website through ebates.com and got paid back around 15.00. I am really glad I found ebates.com and I am telling all my friends to use it. Some people think it's a bother, don't think that way. It's really fun and a may get a big check or small one - and I love it.
