Over 12 hours ago, I purchased 3 gift cards and the money to pay for them was taken by Raise from my debit card almost immediately. I chose to print them off via my email, which is supposed to be an almost immediate option for being able to use the cards, as it's too late to send physical ones by mail. I'm still waiting to get the emails! I have tried EVERYTHING. They claim to have "live chat" but it's actually just a bot. Then when you ask the bot for "live chat" it provides a link that leads to an "email us"... the only option! I tried calling them at *******422. I chose option 2. Got a prerecorded message saying "thank you for your patience," etc. Was on hold for less than a minute, then I hear the "hang up" signal! This happened 3 TIMES IN A ROW!
NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
I have purchased multiple cards and I always check the value of the card at time of purchase. The cards have been in my possession since the purchase. I have gone to use several cards and been told they were not activated and/or they have a $0.00 balance. I am out of the one year guarantee and was told too bad. The cards I am referring to add up to hundreds of dollars and the cards do not expire so they should be guaranteed for the life of the card. Raise takes the money and does not back up the cards. BUYER BEWARE.
He was very kind & patient with me. He helped me thought my problem. He took his time to explain and listen to me. He made me feel like I & my problem where important. He didn't say you have to go to the link and put in your information he helped me thought it. He is a great asset to your company.
I have bought several gift cards from Raise.com and they have always delivered quickly and accurately. Recently I purchased a gift card and the when I attempted to use the card at the retailer the card was not usable. I brought this up to Raise and they refunded the cost of the card. 5 star customer service!
After buying an evoucher for a gift card a few months ago, I used it for the first time this week, then noticed that the balance was lower than it should've been. I was able to look at the transactions for the gift card, and there was a transaction after I bought the card, but before I ever used it. I contacted customer service, and after researching the issue, they credited my account to make up for the difference. It was pretty easy to take care of, and the representative that I worked with, Barbara, was helpful and professional. I would definitely buy again from Raise in the future!
I experienced a myriad of issues in trying to place a large order for Target gift cards. Lee was persistent in finding an answer to the issues I was experiencing. Her kind words and willingness to help was so very appreciated. THANK YOU LEE!

The support from Raise is always great. And the support from Lovely was no different. And the deals, when they work, are great. My frustration is always toward the sellers who, post-delivery, somehow make the balance disappear.
When I tried to check the balance on a gift card that I had purchased on Raise.com, the store said there was a 0 balance on the card and I knew I had spent only part of it. So I contacted Raise.com via chat and the chat agent contacted the company I was dealing with and verified that there was still a balance on the card, as I had anticipated.
Not being sure, (actually no idea) how to use egift cards, I called and spoke to Levi. He was very patient and helpful. Walked me through the entire procedure. I couldn't have asked for anymore than what he did for me! Amazing!
Thank you for your help, Raise Support Team! I really appreciate your getting my money back for me for a card that the account had been closed. I was distressed in having a gift card declined that I had purchased from Raise. I was sure that there was a mistake. Nope, no mistake. Then when I emailed the Raise Support Team, I found that it was after the time limit for getting my money back. But the Raise Support Team researched the issue, and I got my money back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I had no issue getting refund when my gift card turned out to have a $0 balance - of course I figured out there wasn't any money on it AFTER I'd eaten a meal and planned on paying for it with said gift card. Jerry was very friendly and I really loved not having to wait on hold forever, which is what I feel is happening with every other customer service line. Thanks for the great service!
Jane was first rate. She resolved my issue and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. A refund is being processed immediately on a gift card that never was received. Raise is a wonderful company, everyone is friendly and couterous.
My Member Service agent Caleigh was INCREDIBLE! The stellar assistance I received September 16,2016 with her via text was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. I had an immensely troubling issue with a few gift cards I had purchased; in fact the stress caused me to loose an entire nights sleep. However Caleigh this morning was able to investigate and make the world a brighter place for me again. She utterly reaffirmed my faith in your company and you have earned my veritable devotion for life through her kind actions. My love for Raise.com shall grow because of her. Thank you earnestly and to reiterate- Caleigh is AWESOME!
One of my first questions was about my boyfriend buying me a gift card on my new account. From what your saying now is no one can buy me a gift card on my account if the payment info is raise member already?
I get condescending attitude from Rysh rep and cuts out the chat before I can even ask the question. So now if my boyfriend buys me gift cards it has to be on his account and needs to send me information for every card! I don't see why can't others pay for my gift card on my account and not be deactivated because of this!

People selling gift cards need a market and Raise provides that market. However, not everyone selling a gift card is honest and there is fraud out there. The Raise staff assume the best but recognize the realities. They are gracious in dealing with people who encounter problems and carefully check out any problem. I appreciate Raise staff and wouldn't trade them for anything.
I had a gift card that I purchased from Raise for Claim Jumper and when I went to use it I was told it failed. I contacted Finn at Raise and he said to give it a try one more time and if it doesn't work, I can get my money back. I tried again and it worked! Thanks Finn.
Had a problem listing 2 stabucks gift cards and custimer service helped me for about 30 mins until we resolved the issue which was a mistake on my end. I will reccommend this company and give it 5 stars.
On July 16th I ordered two $50 McDonalds Gift cards for $41.69 each. 10 days later they still had not shipped so I had to contact Rasise. Instead of honoring my order they simply refunded it, leaving me to have to order replacement cards at the then higher prices.
This is ridiculous. Once the order is accepted it needs to be filled at the original price.
I know they'll just claim it's "the seller's fault", as this is what they always say when an order goes bad. But since Raise hides the "seller's" identity from us buyers we are doing business with Raise not the mysterious, unidentified, "seller" and Raise should honor their deals.
There was a chargback issue (no fault of Raise.com's) due to some bizzare activity that I won't bore anyone with, but when I contacted Raise about it, they were very quick and accommodating and issued me a refund the same day. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service.
Answer: I had a problem with the lowes gift cards i purchased from Raise as they did not work at lowes. It took upwards of 10 calls and over 3 months before I received my over $700 back. I will never buy anything on Raise again
Answer: People should unite and file a class action lawsuit against these guys, any attorneys reading this?
Answer: You check the balance on the business' website. For instance, if you have a McDonald's gift card, go to McDonald's website to check the card balance.
Answer: The usual issue is that someone will buy a gift card with a stolen credit card and then sell it to Raise (or others) for cash. Usually within 100 days the gift card issuer will find out when they have been charged back for the stolen card purchase, at which point they invalidate the card and zero the balance. Raise.com will refund you the unused balance on the card prior to it being zeroed out, but only within 60 days of your order. Their short protection policy limits their exposure if a high value card is invalidated and you come looking for a refund three months after you bought it. Every gift card reseller has a different policy for refunds. Some are as short as a few weeks, others last 100 days or more. Raise.com's 60 day policy is shorter than many of their competitors, which is why I don't use them much anymore. The lessons I have learned is only order cards you will use entirely within the next month, never gift them to others, and keep a spreadsheet if you order a lot of cards so you can keep track of balances. In all, I've had about 3% of the 200 cards I've ordered suddenly zeroed out. The majority were for improbably large amounts, which is why I now try and order lower value cards. One site suddenly listed 10 $100 gift cards for Jimmy Johns, a sub shop. One has to wonder who would order gift cards like this in the first place, only to put up for resale. It turned out the original buyer used a stolen credit card to buy them all and turned the proceeds into cash. The cards were all zeroed out. I have learned to be suspicious when a large number of high $ value cards in the same amount suddenly go up for sale. So while it may make sense to buy a $100 gift card for Sears, it usually isn't to buy a $100 gift card for Dunkin Donuts.
