I bought the grass seeds with the bag of fertiliser people was told what to do and was told it would take ten days to fully come threw mines been down five weeks and nothing has happen I dud everything the guy said to do still nothing wasted my money as I can't send back as used it its unfair when you do what told to do ild say save your money.
I live quite remotely from large stores and find the facility offered unbelievably generous. Try for 30 days extended at Christmas time to enable using as gifts. Everything included including earrings. One can sleep in bedding try out clothes even going out. Fabulous. Staff at warehouse so helpful, customer services the same. I cannot praise the whole company enough.
I like ordering from qvc, but I do not like there p&p charges.
Also there tv programmes are dragged out too much, and please ask the people doing the advertising

I spent literally thousands of pounds with this company. I bought a pair of Emu boots from them which after 4 months developed a hole in the toe. They didnt want to know. I ended up sticking a piece of suede inside the boot so that I could wear the £170 pair of boots. My husband bought me a pair of ugh boots instead they are still alive and in one piece years later.
I have bought from QVC for over 5 years now and find them to be second to none in their service. Your order is dispatched promptly and you have 30 days in which to wear or try out the item and even if you have worn it and are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it with a full refund of your purchase price. You do have to pay your postage.
Where else can you wear the items for 30 days and then return them if not satisfied.
I now buy all my shoes and most of my clothes and all of my gardening requirements from QVC.
I received my skechers desert kiss secret picnic sandals today and they are soooo comfy I would also like to say if you have a wide foot go for your normal size I went for a 6 and they are fine and I have wiggle room. One happy lady. Xx
I love Northern Nights and Malden MillsPolar Fleece sheets BUT! I have a queen size pirahana sleep mattress (very expensive) but only 13" deep. Most sheets now will fit mattress's to 17" or more and while they fit they slip up and look like clothes that are two sizes too big. I like sheets hospital tight. I won't buy your sheets and have to search cheap sheets most of which are now also to deep. The polar fleece I bought from you a few years ago were not deep and I loved them!
Love this shop/site, everything i buy is good quality, their customer service is great and there is no problem ever returning items, even if you just change your mind,
I bought some earrings once and after 6 months they snapped, i rang QVC and they sent a return slip out immediately and no problem whatsoever, i got a refund and i re-purchased them. Excellent customer service.
Only one little problem, I work full time so am not in to receive parcels, they do not offer collect+ or any other type of service where you can pick up at a collection point, so i don't order much, i see it on QVC then buy from ebay (pick up argos) or buy from Amazon who offer collect+, I would love QVC to star offering collection points i'd spend a fortune.
Why does this site allow 1 star as opposed to minus ratings, as this is what I would give the liars at QVC!
I have made multiple purchases in the past, paying ridiculous P&P...2 items of different colours, but they still charge 2 full P&P costs...but if they're the same colour they discount it...but that's not my problem (this time)!
I placed an order for 4 items. All were in stock when I placed the order, and nothing went out of stock until more than 15 minutes after I ordered them. I checked why 2 of the items hadn't arrived today, and was told they were 'wait listed', as I hadn't ordered in time...which is an utter, utter lie! This has destroyed a Christmas event my family and I had set up!
On top of this, QVC has been flogging their lies on Topcashback too. They did this by saying that if when using TCB I could earn a percentage back. They have refused to pay about 10+12 orders placed via TCB this year alone!
Unfortunately I have some payments left to pay to them or I would have told them where to go today...but am looking forward to the time I can tell them to 'sod off!'
Qvc postage charges keep going up. No way will I pay £3.95 to have a ring delivered by the post office would rather go without. Your loss Qvc.
Good service, quality and delivery. Never had any problems with them. Returns and refunds given promptly.
What is the point of watching a product for 20 minutes in the hour to find out it's out of stock.
