Just had a custom built pc from this company for work and they were excellent, they just know everything, very helpful quick service, they dont try to sell you anything you dont need, they explain what will work best and what you dont really need, and every time you ring they are so helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they really know their stuff, there is just nothing that they dont know about computers.
I would definitely recommend buying from here, excellent!

Will never use these again, I ordered an expensive hair serum, well I thought it was expensive, £39 on their website. It arrived and when I opened the box the bottle had leaked and serum was all over, no damage to bottle just top not screwed on tight, nearly a quarter of bottle missing, I took photo's and emailed them straight away and they just said they'd refund some, they gave me £5, didn't even cover anywhere near the cost of serum missing.
I would not recommend anyone use this store, OK if things are not damaged, I've bought many things here but never again, don't trust that I'll not be loosing my money, no confidence in them.
Advise anyone to shop elsewhere.

This is a fantastic site, all good quality items and customer service is fantastic, Any little thing goes wrong and no problem at all, they send a label out for free post to return item and they replace it super quick. I don't live too far from their base and my item stopped working, they let me go down and had a new one ready waiting for me with extra bits to go with it, all the staff were very friendly and lovely atmosphere in their office/call centre.
I would definitely recommend buying from this firm, good quality products at great prices with piece of mind that any problems they will help.

Please beware buying books or ebooks from Mills & Boon, there are many other book sites around with great customer service.
I have purchased nearly 30 ebooks from this site and no problems so no need to contact them, however few days ago I purchased 3 books and 1 free book, i downloaded the ACSM file and I always open with my authorized adobe digital editions, however when i tried to do this it came up with an error saying already fulfilled by another user, the three purchased books wouldn't open but the free one was no problem, so i knew not an error with digital editions plus I only have one log in.
I emailed customer service and no reply, I emailed again the next day and they basically said sounds like a problem with the DRM and I must not have used correct authorization on my ADE (but they did not explain how 1 of the books was ok) and basically tough, £12 lost and no books and they will not reset the 3 non working ones on my shelf on their website!
I have sent another couple of emails since and no reply at all from them.
I would definitely recommend thinking twice about purchasing from this site, I have paid for books i can never read and they have kept my money.

Tip for consumers:
AVOID and use a more customer friendly bookstore like waterstones, WH Smith or kobo etc. Loads others out there who actually want your customer.

Please beware of this site, i ordered something 6 weeks ago and they took my money but order still says not yet sent, they have ignored all my emails and i just cannot get my money back, please do not loose your money like i did, avoid like the plague.
I am contacting trading standards now so hope they get shut down.

Love this shop/site, everything i buy is good quality, their customer service is great and there is no problem ever returning items, even if you just change your mind,
I bought some earrings once and after 6 months they snapped, i rang QVC and they sent a return slip out immediately and no problem whatsoever, i got a refund and i re-purchased them. Excellent customer service.
Only one little problem, I work full time so am not in to receive parcels, they do not offer collect+ or any other type of service where you can pick up at a collection point, so i don't order much, i see it on QVC then buy from ebay (pick up argos) or buy from Amazon who offer collect+, I would love QVC to star offering collection points i'd spend a fortune.

Tip for consumers:
They don't offer any collection service so you need to be home to receive parcel, not good if you work :-(

Really like shopping here, everything i have bought is genuine and they offer collect+ on a lot of items which is a big decider for me as i work full time and am never home during day to receive parcels.
I have also bought quite a few things from Amazon US and all customs charges are included, its as simple as ordering from UK, also very quick, brilliant global service.
I have only ever returned 1 item to a seller, i just changed my mind, nothing wrong with the good but i was able to return no problem and got refund without any hassle.
Definitely would recommend trying Amazon.

Well, this is a mixed review... overall they offer a good holiday, easy to use and book website, no hidden extras, brilliant 22kg of luggage allowance, used for years and never had a problem with flights, transfers, hotels or anything and their prices are really competitive.
I would not use anyone else unless the price for the same holiday was significantly lower/
Only one problem, which is why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5, they constantly falsely advertise, my partner is obsessed with looking at holiday, EVERY day he checks prices even when we are booked and jet2 prices change daily as do all holiday companies, however when they advertise sales and discounts the prices are higher than when there is no sale on, may only be a few ££ but it means that when they say guaranteed £60 off per person etc, there is no money off at all, it is a total con, there is never any genuine money off, we look every day and sometimes several times a day all year round (same hotel and resort) and every time they advertise money off, the price is actually dearer, the price is NEVER anywhere near what they say it is discounted from.
This false advertising really annoys me hence the 4 star instead of 5, they do not need to con people and lie because their prices are ok anyway but just beware when they say money off as our experience is that it is always couple £ more expensive when there is so called discounts.

Tip for consumers:
Take no notice of any money off scam or disounts, the prices are always higher when a so called discount is on, it is a complete scam to get people to book thinking the price will go up by £50 or £60 when sale or discount ends, the price will come down if anything when sale ends, the price is NEVER disounted.

Very hit and miss if you buy from ebay, there are some lovely genuine people selling but there are a lot of rogues, ebay do protect you to some extent but their policy is not great.
If you buy an item listed as genuine and you receive the item but it is a counterfeit, ebay will not refund your money until you return the item, you have to return the item at your own cost and you need to obtain proof, proof of posting is not acceptable to them (as i found out once when they refused to refund even though i had proof of posting that i had returned item) so you have to send at least recorded delivery which can start to get expensive, so the rogue trader receives their item back free of charge to sell to someone else and the poor innocent buyer is left out of pocket by £5 or £6 maybe more to sent a counterfeit item back to seller and buyer is left with nothing but a hole in their pocket.
I bought a set of pans for £30 supposed to be a good make and brand new boxed with tags, they arrived and were nothing like listing, they were rusty with non stick flaking off, i complained but had to return before i got a refund, they cost me £16 to return to get my £30 back so I was left out of pocket £16 through no fault of my own. I have had this problem several times.
It is about time ebay took the price paid plus return postage from seller if the goods are counterfeit or not as described and then refund full amount plus return post to the buyer once the goods have been received back.
I also find ebay getting expensive, if you search the internet you can find online shops selling the items same price or cheaper, people just presume ebay is cheapest, it's not, search internet you will get a better deal from a reputable seller.

Tip for consumers:
Search internet first as most items are cheaper in online stores and much better customer service.
Be prepared if your item is counterfeit or not as described, YOU will have to pay to return and will have to pay recorded delivery, if you return without absolute proof you will get no refund.

What a fantastic company, great price for pens and such a brilliant selection, I have ordered several things from this site and all delivered very quick and well packaged.
I have contacted them a few times for various help and they are really friendly and helpful even if an item is not purchased from them they will still give you advice. I had one delivery of ink damaged (I sent photo's) and they immediately sent another bottle out with a free gift.
I cannot fault this site, people are absolutely lovely and helpful.
I would use this site even if the item was a little more expensive because they are so good and i just know i can trust them.

This is the worst company I have ever bought from, they do not respond to any emails, i bought led bulbs they all blew up. Headphones they sent wrong ones, cannot get a reply from them
